very clear but it is not reasonable I cannot draw back the application of current day, which is pending for approval

Ease of use is great. Much prefer the weekly layout Sunday to Saturday though and a gap between weeks on the Wallchart.

The display of the remaining holidays is super confusing

Very good, but I booked a holiday by mistake on a month that had already passed and it wouldn't let me cancel it so couldn't rebook the correct days

Timetastic is user-friendly and convenient for our employees to apply for and approve leaves. The mobile app feature is helpful to apply for leaves in an emergency. It will be great if we are having multiple approver options, so that we may not wait if the approver is on leave.

Works well - maybe an 'alter/edit leave' feature would be a good addition? Instead of cancelling & re-booking

Really easy to use, great for an overview of the whole team and I really like the weekly absence summaries.

Timetastic is such a simple solution that works perfectly in our organisation. Our old "solution" wasn't cost effective, always broke and was not user friendly. This, however, is the opposite. Easy to integrate into Office 365 and the mobile app is really handy too so you can book days off ON YOUR DAYS OFF. The user guides are very easy to follow. The privacy options are very useful but we would love it if we could choose the privacy options for each type of leave. I.E make holidays visible but have sickness, study, bereavement leave etc... as private. Keep up the good work.

Great UI / UX! However, there are two "clickable halves" to every day in the calendar view (i.e.: the "/wallchart" page), and as a user I would expect clicking one of these to pre-populate the "Starting" and "Ending" times on the modal that pops up. I.e.: if you click the first "half" of a day, it pre-populates the start & end times to "Morning" and "Lunchtime", respectively. And if you click the second "half", the values would be pre-populated to "Afternoon" and "End of Day".

we are finding it quite a struggle. Staff work various hours, not regular, therefore it is not straightforward.

This is a godsend for organising holidays / sick days for our practice. We may be a handful of people but the system before was using a normal calendar and this was time-consuming and hard to work out who had holiday left and how many days. This does it all for you and is so easy for everyone to get on board with it. I'm so pleased my daughter showed me this - she started employment and her company use it. I can honestly guarantee if you enrol on the trial period, you wont look back.

It's a very user-friendly platform. I just would recommend the possibility to report extra work so that we can work out how much toil do we have and how to report that we are taking it. Amazing work!

It's useful for gaining quick consideration of annual leave applications but doesn't seem to take account of individually-agreed leave allocation (it appears to assume a blanket equal leave allocation). It also seems invasive in that it alerts staff of individual absences they don't need to know about.

Hi Barry, thanks for leaving a review. Timetastic does account for individually-agreed leave allocation. You just set it for each user in their profile or when you add a user. Sorry if that wasn't clear. All the best

Timetastic is a work app, don't email me on a Saturday morning to review it.

Timetastic does a fine job at basic time off management, but it doesn't integrate with other payroll software and doesn't offer accrual based time off management. Not super effective for most paid time off policies.

Easy management of teams holidays and time off. Would be nice to be able to set a company wide rule though i.e. not more than 1 person off in Sales department (which we have at the moment) but not more than 2 off for whole company.
