Total con artists, can’t get through by phone to cancel services (due to moving house). Just cancelled my direct debit with my bank and now my credit score has dropped. It could be to do with “not letting them know” but I have tried and it’s impossible. I have even sent emails but get no response.

With timetalk for many years but after cancelling my contract with them and paying £35 cancellation fee they have today tried to take £69 from my account. Apparently I am supposed to still have a router from 2013 although they admit they received my router. Keep away from them

Out of the blue a year after leaving and returning router to them They are demanding £69 Saying I still owe them for the router Threatening legal action and bailiff to collect, do not deal with this company this is common practice with them

This company won’t allow you to leave a review on facebook (for obvious reasons, because they’re rubbish!) Stay well away - they are CON ARTISTS! Their opening times are incorrect, it’s 6.20pm and I can’t get through, online customer service states that it is open from 9am -8pm. I was offered “live chat” which doesn’t work either! They upped their WiFi prices from £17 to £37 without telling us and when we tried to cancel they said the cancellation fee is £200+ (because we were still in our contract period). 🤬 Now our contract has ended, we can’t get hold of them! They’re clearly not very busy however we were on hold for over an hour in previous phone calls. As stated earlier we have tried to contact today but they’re saying that they’re closed. Our only option is to cancel our direct debit but it worries me that, after reading other reviews, they’ll still take money! 😐 If this continues then the police will be contacted.

After 5years this company out of the blue demands £69 from me. Left them in 2014. They then said they made a mistake and they want £99. I've been threatened with legal action. But ask yourself this, if you are in debt to this company get them to prove it. The onus is on them. I do not owe nor never have. They are asking me for numbers and dates!!!! Please please contact the ombudsman, more people need to complain about this company, timetalk /quick collect are all part of a Cypriot company. Do not pay. They have to prove. Do not admit liability.

Very bad company don't have anything to do with them Just keep demanding money You have already paid. I get a Message every few months saying I owe them and its my lasts chance and they are sending it to a debt collectors

Be very aware that communication about price increases and end of contact is done by webmail not email. I missed this and have now discoverd that I incurred an increase of £40 a month since November 2017. A new contract with them will be about £45 and I am claiming £525 in over payments - in vain I suspect. I am switching to a new provider with an all inclusive chargre of about £30 per month. 6 years after leaving their so called service, having been conned that they were TALKTALK in the first instance they suddenly claim I owe them over £160 and now they are threatening me with a Debt Collection Agency called Quick Collect. They have not supplied a bill just a demand and the debt collection agency were dissolved in 2016 and have the same address as TimeTalk, both these actions are illegal under company law, This company is nothing but a scam DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY COST I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR RATING IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE

I have had the same experience as someone else below. Timetalk have been trying to charge me 138 for 2 routers I didn't return back in 2015. I don't have the routers here so I must have returned them! Then suddenly they reduce the charge to 69 and try taking that too and start threatening me debt collection legal action...when I ring them they maintain they have a right to contact me within 6 years...!!! I experienced such diabolical service from them and very poor internet quality when I was with them, that I don't even believe a Thing they say and I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't scan the returns through some error of their own! I continue to fight the scam...and if they continue to chase me...I will tell everyone I know never to consider this company.

Waited over an hour to get an answer from these robbing people after finding out they have taken £70 for a router i returned to them over 3 years back AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE THEAVES ITS ALL A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY AND THEIR INTERNET IS TOTALLY W××K

I have gone with talk talk a lot cheaper. The girl I spoke to was not nice. And I don't see why I have had to pay 35 pound. When I have been with you for 3 years.

Same as others! Time talk are trying to charge me £69 for a router I returned to them over 3 years ago! Customer service is poor and inconsistent - I've spoke to 2 agents and a manager who have all told me incorrect information! This company is a complete disaster, stay away from them!!

You are thieving bastar d's deceive you they are part of sky had many overcharged bills cancelled with them 2years later quick collect debt agency chased me for unpaid bill which I denied and 3 months after that£69 for their cr happy router their service is absolutely cra p so everyone perverse avoid this company they should be investigated by trading standards

How come Time talk have got this new review sight ??? Maybe because the other review sight Has so many bad reviews ? Is this legal ? Beware if thinking of joining. Too good to be true and you will end up with rubbish service that will cost you a lot more than you thought and were informed . Please find their other review sight and have a good look through before joining .

Rude and arrogant staff. Totally unprofessional. I wasn’t even aware that I had taken an account out with them. I didn’t receive a router so how can I owe them a cancellation fee. They threatened me with a County Court Judgement! In the end I am having to pay in 2 instalments plus they added another £20 admin fee for doing it in installments. 🤬

This company is disgusting taking money out of my account when they shouldn't, having me believe I was on the phone to slag when I wasn't. Now I want to leave them and my contact is up o have to pay an extra £35 to have the line stopped when I'm not even in contact. All I can recommend is know one go with is company.
