“Decking boards arrived and had bowed which meant the builder had difficulty in using them. I couldn’t return at that stage as I had booked the builder on a day rate that day. Several decking boards also damaged so couldn’t use them. Had to go to b&q to get more. Very disappointed as spent a lot of money”

“I ordered what I required on Monday morning and 30 minutes later I received a call giving me a delivery date on Wednesday which suited me My order arrived and was unloaded without fuss. First class service. I will definitely use Timberworld in the future and I will have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family. Well done!”

“Really quick delivery (next day), driver (Carl Oldbury depot) was great, phoned 15min before delivery and was very polite and helpful. They phoned 1 hour after the order to discuss the delivery date and time, could not fault it, spot on 👏👍”

“This was my second purchase from Timberworld and once again great. I did worry it was a bit of a risk buying hundreds of pounds worth of wide-board timber off the internet, but quality was excellent - there has been no wastage due to quality at all, which is surprising with mainly 27cm-wide boards. Delivery was arranged for my convenience the first time (i.e. delayed until I could be present to receive it), and was super-speedy the second time.”
