“ordered online, had to make some additions over the phone and the guy sorted it all out without any fuss or hassle delivery was prompt and all products purchased were great quality at a great price”

“One of best priced merchants but unfortunately let down by lack of communication on delivery no date given just turned up luckily was in at the time. Some parts weren't in stock so they organised for delivery direct from supplier again no call etc to advise on delivery come home from work with it stood against the front door. The wooden posts 3 out of 4 have cracks through them but needed posts desperately for fence.”

“Normally a good company. With this order it took 5 days to tell me they were out of stock and then another couple of days once I had received my order to get a proper VAT receipt.If you charge VAT you have to show your VAT registration number on you invoices. The initial invoices failed to show and it took me numerous attempts to get it rectified. You need to fine tune your systems”

“Unfortunately my order was allegedly in stock when I ordered them. A week later when I chased them up, I was informed they were waiting on a delivery. Very poor communication from them, never made me aware of the situation, would certainly think twice about ordering again as Services levels poor.”

“I ordered the decking on the 13.5.22 and it came on the 25.5.22 but I had no information about where it was or when it was going to be delivered. On the 25th my wife came home to see a lorry about to drive off and stopped it otherwise the decking would have had to be delivered again. It would be a good idea to send an email or text at least a day before delivery.”
