“Ordering was easy and also corrected when mistakes realised. The sales staff were very helpful and sorted problems quickly and effectively. Delivery was exceptionally good with driver assisting and very polite and helpful.”

“Decking bent like bananas. Boards also 10 mm plus short of description but my fault for not checking the finished size. All the other timber came curved and bent.”

“Although the delivery didn't arrive on the day I was informed. It did arrive the next day. It wasn't clear that I was ordering in meters, I believed I was ordering 2.4m lengths of decking. Also the site stated 2" x 6" batons sold in 3.6m lengths, 4.8m lengths arrived, but Lisa (a sales assistant from the Anniesland branch) was very friendly and helpful and was able to sort out the issues I had with my order.”

“12mm plywood was reduced on website but should have been marked as second or third quality. Top layer on both sides was rippled on all three boards and one board was badly warped even after being laid flat with other two boards on top. Thickness also varies when laid due to the ripples on the surface. Even when the boards are securely screwed down there are areas which creak as no doubt there are problems with the inner layers whether with the glue or inconsistencies in the layers. Have had ply delivered before with no problem. I am now faced with lifting sanding and filling the boards just to get a level surface which was whole point of using it to overlay the floor boards. Unfortunately this is unlikely to solve the creaking/flexing which is due to problems in the interior of the boards.”

“Excellent customer service. Was informed by email which was followed up by a phone call to advise of delivery dates. The personnel touch by the phone call really sets then apart. Order delivered on the date i was advised, again another call by the delivery driver this time, to ensure thati was aware that it was coming. The product itself was great. Very impressed with service and quality, this week be my 1st choice when looking for similar products in the future.”

“we have been dealing with you now for about a year. we have one small complaint which is we have always collected the order we place from the same store in Sheffield. Only the last order we tried to collect from the store we were told it was at another timberworld at the other side of town. looking on our email which said the order was ready for collection there was nothing telling us it was at a different store. maybe this is something you could look into many thanks Paul”
