“From start to finish I cannot believe how lucky I have been to choose Timberwise to help me solve a damp issue in my home. Everyone has been amazing from booking a survey to getting the job done. I was super lucky to have the survey completed on a Monday by Dean Foster, who was great, and then booked in to have the rising damp sorted on the Thursday and Friday of the same week because of a cancellation. Connie and Jackie who sorted the appointment and invoicing were really helpful and responsive and Dave who came to do the work was lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me great confidence in everything he was doing. He was very respectful of my property and did everything he could to limit the disruption. I have already started to tell everyone I know to use this company if you have any issues that need sorting. Thank you for making a problem in my home so easy to resolve, you are all fantastic. I think you are great value for money too.”

“I had an original quote from a company that misdiagnosed the problem in my flat and wanted £5k for the job, another that wanted £420 just for a quote. Gary from Timberwise gave me an opinion with no charge, he was honest and gave me lots of advice on how to treat the damp. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and service. I would give 6 stars if I could”

“Bought an old cottage which has rising damp throughout the ground floor. Dennis, the surveyor, was excellent. So helpful and answered any questions I had in a very friendly manner. Even when I repeated myself as I didn't quite understand what was needed, his manner never changed. Nothing was too much. He also pointed out I had penetrating damp and told me the solution for that too. Thank you Dennis! The lady who came and actually did the rising damp work was so friendly. Again, any questions were answered without it being too much hassle. She did an excellent job. Thank you Mystry! I cannot fault the service I have received from both Dennis and Mystry. So now it's just a waiting game to see if Timberwise's product works :)”

“Earlier this year I asked Timberwise to survey my kitchen wall which was very damp. I had had pipes replaced outside, bathroom above and exploratory work done to wall, which proved no damp behind my new plasterboard. Ashley one of their surveyors visited and quickly found the problem. Condensation from cooking and north facing kitchen. He had a special fan fitted, self adjusting to humidity present and now all is well after only 3 weeks, all is dry. It purrs quietly and adjusts its output as damp air from cooking rises. I am so pleased with all the advise and work.”

“Timberwise carried out a damp survey, identified potential rising damp, and completed the subsequent damp treatment works for a house we purchased as our first home. They were recommended to us by our home surveyor and showed excellent professionalism from the survey to the damp treatment works. I suspect we could have found a cheaper damp surveyor and treatment contractor but Timberwise were PCA approved and seemed like a professional outfit which filled us with confidence.”

“Steve, your surveyor, was very thorough, and recommended remedial work which was appropriate for our house, and our circumstances. He noticed some wall cracking that we had not mentioned, and arranged for corrective 'stitching'. Wayne and Nick the technicians were very courteous and efficient; they guided us through their procedures and were quick to answer any queries we had.”

“Our job was quite small scale compared to some of the jobs that Timberwise carry out! We had our bathroom floor repaired and made good I can finally now have my bathroom fitted.
