“Everything was very smooth and easy. There was a delay on delivery of the car, but this was nothing to do with Tilsun, this was due to the shortage/delay of most vehicles due to current worldwide events, and also MG Motors shortage.”

“Right from the start of the whole process and competitive pricing attracted me to using Tilson leasing , the people I’ve spoken to have been very helpful at Tilson and especially when there was complications as to a delivery date and vehicle colour , all issues at Tesla”

“I have been impressed with Tilsun Leasing, their customer service is professional and the communication was good. The two gentlemen who delivered the vehicle were helpful and explained a lot of features of the car. My only criticism would be I was originally informed the car would have 80% charge and it had 55% and on order was told delivery by the end of July and it was the 23rd August at the earliest.”

You mentioned being advised the car would be 80% charged and it was 55% and the delivery being later than advised and we are sorry to hear that parts of the service fell below our normally high standard, and we have taken steps to address this.

“Wow, what can i say...5 out of 5 from start to finish. My sales guy Matthew Yates was top notch. Deserves a payrise tbh. Love love loveeeeeee my new car she is a absolute dream. My car was due in June but i had another car on lease until August, Matthew assured and promised me they could hold it until my old car went back and so it did!! So thanks alot to Matthew as i would not have ordered with this company if it was not for him! :-)”

“Amazing communication, friendly professional, car was delivered earlier than projected they stayed in touch the whole time and were only too eager to help with my multitude of questions (first time leasing) I would highly recommend them. I already have to a few clients”

“Highly recommend this company. My sales guy Matthew was so good, he was knowledgeable, helpful and patient as I can be quite fussy. When it come to holding my car as my other lease wasn't due to go back, they held up their end of the deal and delivered it the day I requested. Cannot fault all service from start to finish was so professional. Probably my new favorite lease company and will be using them in 2 years when my lease is up :-)”
