I ordered 3 pair of wool mix tights thinking they would be warm. They are not warm for winter although they say to be. Also they are see through which it doesn’t mention. I ordered 3 different colors which all very much look like black. I would think they are all black only under close close investigation do you see there is a small hint of color. Not what was pictured…

They claim all orders ship within 1day. I placed my order 5 days ago and paid the $34.36 extra for express DHL 3-4 day shipping. Today is 6 days and I received an email excitedly stating my order has shipped! But it says shipped Royal Mail with a tracing number that is meaningless and a request for a “How did we do?” review. So far not a good experience.

Sadly very disappointed. They are not opaque at all. I can literally see through them like regular pantyhose, which is not at all what I thought I was buying or the images. Gave them to my 14 yo who's a size 4 when they were size 16-20... I'll just have to go ahead and purchase the other 65$ brand I saw elsewhere :(

Dreadful experience, and I would advise all buyers beware. You cannot depend on this company. I placed an order on 16/06, and am still waiting for it on 25/06, well outside of their stated delivery timelines. Their website states a variety of delivery options: 'United Kingdom & Islands - All product and shipping prices are duty inclusive. Standard: £1.95, FREE Over £40 spend. 3 - 5 Working Days Express: £4.95 1 - 2 Working Days Tracked: Free Over £200 spend, 2 - 4 Working Days' However, I was only offered second class at checkout. Having spoken to Customer Services, they said: 'At the moment we can only offer standard shipping to the UK.' Their website is duplicitous in terms of shipping options, they have failed to meet the delivery timelines laid out on their website, and there has been absolutely nothing done to address the problem.

I placed an order on 16/06, on 25/06 I’m still waiting for it to be delivered. Despite their delivery information saying it is possible to order tracked delivery, I was only offered 2nd class postage. Ordering on 16/06 should have given plenty of leeway (purely out of a lack of other options), but to find these haven’t been delivered due to their lack of offering the delivery options stated on their website is beyond disappointing. First time ordering, will likely be the last.

Delivery took far too long and I wasn't kept updated on this. Ordered 3 pairs looking at size / height chart for accuracy. One pair is just about ok size wise. The other two pairs were one size and nowhere even nearly fitted me. I will not be buying from this website again.

Ordered plus size pantyhose.when they finally came in the 2x wouldn't fit a 60 lb child and the xxxl pair was even smaller.total waste of money.sizes do not correspond with the size chart for height and weight.total ripoff.

bought a product on January 30th as a valentine gift and today is February 15th and have had no contact at all. Sent two messages to your service email and have not had one single response. Cannot track package so I am very disappointed as to what is the status. Have purchased many times in the past with good results.What is the problem.

Item shipping took over a month and still haven't received it, probably already lost and you can't get your money back. Don't waste your money on this web, seriously go somewhere else.

I can't review an order I haven't received yet so all I can review is the shipping. I placed my order on October 17th, (16 days and counting). No communication, nothing. It is reasonable to expect communication especially when it says to expect it in the order confirmation email. I will Never purchase product from this foreign company again, its not a US Company!

The masts were made the wrong way around. Couldn't wear as the ear prices were sown on incorrectly. Rubbish

I ordered a face mask on the 21st September and paid extra for express delivery, which should of arrived between 1-2 working days. 5 days later I had still not received it. I was offered a refund for the delivery and told it would be with me in the next day or 2. I waited another week and contacted their customer service team on he 2nd of October to say I still haven’t received my item so requested a full refund as it was approaching the 2 week mark. I was told that they won’t refund me for the item and would have to wait until I received the item and then would have to return it to claim a refund. As I write this review on the 9th October, I still haven’t received the item so have had to raise a dispute with my bank to claim the money back from them as they refuse to do so themselves.
