“The face-to-face training is excellent very interesting and very informative, the trainers were excellent and kept the team interested and informed throughout the day. The online course was very simple to negotiate and very informative, in addition to the course that tests our knowledge very well. However, I felt the timings were a bit excessive and made the course a lot longer than it needed to be waiting for the timer to go around. Our sector is very overworked and short of time to complete our mandatory course, so better timers would be very much appreciated.”

With regard to the E-Learning, in keeping with HSE and Ofsted regulations the E- Learning part of the course needs to be around 6 hours. We hope you have a lovely remainder of the day. “Excellent practical training with a very knowledgeable trainer using his experience of real-life accidents to help us with our understanding of situations we may ourselves in. The best practical training I've experienced in my courses. Not as keen on the online teaching as took longer to move on from each page than it did to read the page, also some of the videos were longer than they needed to be.”

“It was ok, the CPR went on for a long time and I didn’t enjoy going up one by one to do the practical. I think it could be made more fun so people stay focused. The trainer was very knowledgeable, but felt people lost interest. I think picking volunteers to go up should be matched so people don’t feel out of their comfort zone.”
