“Spoke to Pavneet from TicketsToIndia, who went above and beyond to provide excellent service and care whilst booking my flights. I had to reschedule my flights and Pavneet gave me the best possible solution whilst maintaing a calm and professional profile. Even whilst using whatsapp to discuss the matter, Pavneet was quick to respond and fast acting. Thank you for all the help. Would definately book and recommend the service again.”

“This travel agency is complete scam and full of fraudsters. Never trust these scammers what they say during ticket booking. One of their agent SOURAV had confirmed the tickets are fully Flexi and there will be no amend charges for 2 changes per ticket but only fare difference. Later when I asked to make changes the agent MANDEEP said there are amend charges for all the tickets with fare difference. When I said what I have been confirmed by Sourav before booking, he said he's on leave today but you will get refund if he's confirmed so. After making many calls and Mails there is no acknowledgement of refund which I have been promised. These scammers make you pay somehow and never admit their mistake and refund. This is complete breach of trust and unethical! I would suggest everyone based on my experience never ever book tickets with this fraud travel agency!”

“Worst companies ever to deal with... they are a team of scammers, liars, and fraud. Staff has no sense of dealing with customers. Legal action should be taken against them. Avoid booking from these scammers!”
