This company has continually LIED to me and LIED again claimed they paid my refund in June then July then November they lie and cannot get their stories straight don’t know how their customer service agents sleep at night churning out LIES but I suppose they just push a button claim my bank has my money despite the bank providing proof that they haven’t DON’T USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL ONLY BE RIPPED OFF plenty of reputable companies out there

Just finding out you are able to scalp handicap tix right on you website. WTF. You can easily find out who is upselling tix. There needs to be some sort of moral standard this is wrong. Care more you guys about your business practices

Event canceled and we were not informed only found out by accident 10 days before after booking trains ,planes and rooms thanks for messing with my 60th do not use this company

Not only did they sell me the wrong tickets, meaning I had to purchase more on the promise of a refund. A refund I’d get “within two weeks” it’s been over a month and I keep getting the same generic copied and pasted email about “extraordinary circumstances” with no sign of my money. Absolute shambles of a company with no idea about customer service.

NIE meine £176.40 zurück bekommen / NEVER got my £176.40 back English Version below Kurzversion: Ich habe meine Tickets für die Show ABBA Voyage verkaufen müssen, da ich den ursprünglichen Termin nicht wahrnehmen konnte. Seit 4 Monaten warte ich darauf, dass das Geld zurück kommt. Der Support will/kann mir nicht helfen und gibt nur Standardfloskeln, die niemandem helfen. Lange Version: Ich habe Tickets für ABBA Voyage gebucht. Ich hatte mich sehr gefreut, ABBA nochmal erleben zu dürfen. Aufgrund privater Terminverschiebungen, konnte ich das Event nicht mehr wahrnehmen. Also habe ich die Tickets auf TicketmasterUK verkauft und neue gekauft. Alles schien wunderbar geklappt zu haben. Nach einigen Wochen war das Geld für die verkauften Tickets aber immer noch nicht da. Also habe ich mit dem Support geschrieben und diese sagten mir, ich solle mit meiner Bank reden. Also habe ich das gemacht. Sie haben genauso wie ich festgestellt, dass Sie keine Zahlung von Ticketmaster (oder genauer gesagt Adyen, welcher der Zahlungsdienstleister ist) festtellen konnten. Also melde ich mich erneut beim Ticketmastersupport. Weitere Wochen verstreichen. Der Support versucht mir zu erklären, dass ich ggf. die falsche IBAN hinterlegt habe. Ich prüfe zum sechsten Mal - es ist immer noch korrekt. Also frage ich weiter nach der Verzögerung der Zahlung. Der Support meldet sich mit einem "Bank Transfer Letter" welches bestätigt, dass adyen eine Zahlung durchgeführt hat. Nochmal gehe ich zu meiner Bank und frage nach. Sie sagen mir, dass Sie immer noch nicht sehen können und auch von ihrer Seite nichts weiter machen können. Wie denn auch? Zusätzlich geben Sie mir mit, dass Ticketmaster/adyen einen Nachverfolgungsauftrag durchführen müssen. Das Geld ist ja bei mir nicht angekommen, also muss es ja irgendwo sein. Ich frage beim Ticketmastersupport zweimal danach. Sie haben beide Male nicht auf meine Bitte reagiert und mir ihre üblichen Standardfloskeln gegeben- welche ich mittlerweile als Frechheit wahrnehme. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich mein Geld je wieder zurück bekommen werden. Zusammengefasst: Wenn man im System von Ticketmaster durchs Raster fällt, hat man verloren. Der Support ist nicht in der Lage dem Problem auf die Schliche zu kommen. Passt also auf euch auf Jana Short Version: I sold my Tickets succesfully for ABBA Voyage because i coudnt attend the show anymore. Im waiting 4 months, for the payment. I dont think it will come back any more. The Support wont/cant help and just gives standard phrases which lead nowhere. Long Version: So i booked tickets for ABBA Voyage. I was very happy that i could attend this event. Due to some private time conflicts i couldnt attend the booked day anymore. So i sold the tickets via TicketmasterUK and bought new ones. Everything seemed to go just fine. But then the weeks passed and the payment for the sold tickets never came. So i talked to the Support and they said i should ask my bank. So i did. Just like me they couldnt track any payment from Ticketmaster (or more precise Adyen who is the company doing the payments). So i go back to the Tickemastersupport. More weeks go by. The try to explain to me that i didnt give the correct IBAN. I checked for the sixth time - no it is correct. I keep asking for the reason of the delay. The support gives me a document "Bank Transfer Letter" which states that adyen made a bank transfer. Again i go to my bank and ask them what to do. They tell me that they still dont see anything and they cant check anything from their side. How could they right? Additionally they tell me that Ticketmaster/Adyen needs to carry through an "request for investigation". Obviously the money didnt reach my account, therefore it has to be somewhere. I asked the support two times to do that, but they didnt react in any way to that demand and just gave some standard phrases which are by this point an insolence. I dont think i will get my money back ever. To summarize: It seems to me that if the TicketmasterUK system doenst work properly you have lost as the support ist unable to look for the problem. Horrible! Be weary of purchasing tickets from Ticketmaster. They sold me tickets for 1/22/2022 to the Eiffel Tower in Vegas at The Paris and the tower was closed by the resort. I asked Ticketmaster to refund my money and was told NO because the attraction was open. Well…. NO they weren’t. No customer service. No let me do the right thing! Never called the resort to very the closure. I will NEVER purchase tickets through this company again. Thanks for your terrible customer service Ticketmaster! Patricia S

Noone to contact. Automated return email system. They are a rip-off company when trying to get a refund for cancelations. Even when you pay 15.00 for insurance. WARNING: Do not buy from this company.

Hi, all ready for the Red Hot Summer concert for Sunday 16th in Morington fantastic. Had five tickets to take the family and one friend to the music event. My wife suffered a brain hemmorage and has been in the Alfred Hospital Melbourne now for just over a week and will probably be there for another month As we are all upset and worried (and that doesn't go anywhere near covering it) including the fact we could contract Corona Virus and give it to her we decided we must cancel the event we were all looking forward to. I asked for refund or credit and was categorically told we decline to refund or credit you $640. I told them my wife's name so they could even check with the hospital but to no avail. So it seems even with a tragic family event they really dont give a s...! So beware anyone buying tickets from them. Find your tickets somewhere else as its a lot of money to throw away. They will always take your money but never return it should anything happen. Never again...

Bought tickets which I paid for. Then due Covid I sold tickets. Ticket master sent me an e-mail stating I’d get a credit. 12 weeks and still no credit. Can only Reach these people via e-mail. Ticket master didn’t start the 12 week process till I reached out to them. I’m looking at 20 weeks before if and when I get a refund Frustrated and disappointed Ray

I bought tickets for Harry Potter concert at the Royal concert hall on q4th December. They contacted me and said it was cancelled at it would be automatically cancelled. As of today nothing so I contacted them and got this response Ticketmaster Thank you for your email, It looks like you’re enquiring about a past event. As we sell tickets on behalf of the venue and promoter any exchange or refund request has to be processed before the show. We’ll always try to help where we can, but in this situation we’re not in a position to offer a refund. I’m sorry that we can’t help you further with this, but if you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Your ticket ID is: 11437552. Now on their site you don't have to do anything your refining will be refunded automatically. I'm appalled at this as this situation at present is hard enough with financial strain but to nit refund a show that they cancelled I want my money back. I'm taking this much further

Ordered tickets for Wicked in London for 27th December, event was cancelled on the 24th December due to covid which is fair enough. 15 days later no communication around refund and even worse there is no way to contact them via phone, email or live chat. There website is specifically designed to restrict your ability to contact them around cancellations. Even a standard email to explain how long a refund would take would be useful. Totally unacceptable to blank customers who are waiting for refunds amounting to hundreds of pounds Absolute disgrace

Avoid Ticketmaster at all costs. They steal money from NHS nurses. After looking after sick patients with COVID for the last 2 years without contracting the virus and then 3 days before the event my wife who is a nurse for the NHS catches COVID and then Ticketmaster will not issue a refund for something that is totally out of her control. I will be reporting them to the financial ombudsman for this. #Boycottticketmaster
