“Absolutely fantastic service, I like things to be explained in detail and Adam Cowburn was so calm and approachable really made us feel at ease during the whole process, he guided us through the application. Corey was also fantastic in keeping us updated. Keep up the great work team! Would not hesitate to recommend!”

“We had a consultation over the phone with Paul Etherton. Paul was so so helpful and very friendly and easy to talk to. As first time buyers, he explained the mortgage process and really helped us get a better understanding of the process. As we are waiting for a new build home, we look forward to using the service again in the future to proceed with their services.”

“As first time buyers we found the process of getting a mortgage very daunting, however our anxieties were immediately eased due to our wonderful advisor Cameron Moffat. Cameron has been fantastic throughout this process and has provided the highest standard of support. Nothing has been too much for Cameron and his punctual responses have been so helpful. We will continue to use Cameron as an advisor in the future when it comes to selling our new property, and will recommend him to all of my friends, family and anybody looking for an advisor. Honestly we can't even put into words how grateful we are to Cameron and his team.”

“I have used threshold Mortgages for the second time in two years now. They are a company that will willingly take the time to break down and explain your whole mortgage process to you. I found this such a weight off my shoulders as the whole mortgage situation can be quite stressful at times. Mike Armstrong, one of there advisors, got me a fantastic deal on my remortgage and even got me free solicitors fees. Once my mortgage had been approved, my case was then handed over to Heidi Gale, there non advising mortgage case handler. She has been fantastic on taking the time to explain things further for me. Very easy to contact and happy to help what ever my queries. My experience with threshold Mortgages has been no other than positive and I would definitely use again in the future. Thank you.”

“Special thanks to Mike Armstrong who made the impossible possible! We didn’t think we could get the mortgage we needed after two attempts direct with lenders. Mike got us the mortgage we wanted and he was always available, quickly addressing and queries we had. The whole processes was extremely easy from start to finish. There’s an online portal where you can upload your documents and check the progress of your application - you can message them thru the portal too, which makes things very easy. Outstanding service & highly recommended, we will certainly be using them again next time!”

“Threshold have been amazing. Not only were they the only people that managed to find me a mortgage 2 years ago but they have also just got me my new 2 year fixed rate which is much better than I was expecting. All together a great service from a great and friendly team.”
