“Came very quick and looks very nice will buy more from you”

“I ordered a gown in a large size, for a birthday present and was sent a small one instead. I got in touch with customer services who said they'd send me the lcorrect size immediately and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. Had to get an alternative birthday gift.”

“I was trying to order Cargo pants and when ordering a 32, I noticed in my confirmation they were 38. Turns out 32 was out of stock, been trying again for weeks but no luck. I did find the return process very good but found site difficult, and really disappointed couldn’t get product”

“Absolutely awful quality. I ordered 2 dresses, opened the first and instantly could tell it was a disaster: *incredibly* cheap/thin fabric. Tried it on and it was meant to be a wrap dress in size 8, well it didn't wrap around properly so it was just flapping open, I don't think this would even fit a size 4, the actual design was just really badly done so that there wasn't enough fabric to cover properly. Didn't even bother with the other dress as could tell it was the same. Been waiting 2 weeks for a refund. You're honestly better off going to Primark, the quality would definitely be better and it would cost a quarter of the price.”
