“Really poor - I ordered about £800 of clothes, accepted their estimate of 4 day delivery schedule and made sure I was home on the day of delivery. They then randomly cancelled the entire order without giving me notice, I emailed to ask what was going on and heard nothing. Still haven't.
Very poor service.”
“Delivery is a bit slow yet only just managed to deliver the goods within the time frame given(just), saved a few quid of the RRP of spicific product and given item chosen was a reputable Fair Trade company I am satisfied on this occasion, I doubt I will ever use them again though as I have enough of an investment wardrobe to last me now and now will commence a No Buy year next month 💯”

“I ordered shoes from thread explaining I only wanted a size 10.5 and was told not problem. Once I received confirmation it shows size 10. I asked for cancellation and refund only to have thread ship anyway 4 days later / poor business practices and no customer respect in regard to your requests.”
“A complete "clown show". They sold me on a matching outfit, then cancelled half of it. Then have been delaying the shipment of the rest for almost 2 weeks. Clearly they are selling items that they do not have in stock nor do they have the ability to actually fulfill their orders. I rarely dress up and I needed this outfit for an event in early February. I thought if I ordered it late December it would not be a problem. Well here we are at the middle of January and nothing has even shipped.”
“Refused to refund even though security tag still attached, packages sent open as if taken from a mannequin, and later than when the “clothes will be delivered.” Dispute resolved by my credit card company because their customer service is awful. Next time I’ll order from the supplier directly.”

“Placed order for goods that were originally priced at £195 reduced to £156. Then just found out they are refunding because they were out of stock (but there not) there back on sale for £195 but the won’t process order. Poor service do not shop here”
“Ordered with these guys a few times probably 3-years ago (and considering ordering something now). I'm usually cynical about these kinds of companies, however, my experience was very good. The clothes I were recommended were exactly my taste, however, I probably wouldn't have gone for them if they were in the high street shop. One of the coats I ordered is still my favourite coat, and I still get compliments on it. Returns and refunds are absolutely no hassle and no fuss. Each order I send something back, and there's no issue at all.”
