“Very straightforward quick and easy process”

“Recommended by me and others! --Oh so easy! Recommended by a jeweller a police officer and a market stall holder. The jewellers where we got it valued. the Police officer is a friend and the stall holder overheard us discussing it and his wife's rings are insured with March and they sorted out his life insurance.”

“The online application for insurance was straight forward. If you accept the quote you then submit your valuation report and wait for confirmation of acceptance. I can’t comment on claiming on the policy and hope I never have to!”

“Happy with service --Had tried to use the on line registration, but it was not sending all the relevant information. However I phoned the following morning and spoke to a very helpful member of staff who guided me through an alternative option and everything got sorted easily. So it’s 4 stars for the on line hiccup but would give 5 stars for the member of staff”

“Recently purchased an engagement ring and the shop recommended this company . Very easy to fill out online and purchase . Hopefully if the worst happens and we make a claim they will be able to sort it all out .”

“Good but should be better --The process was good and price competitive. The reason why I gave 4 stars was because the online quote and policy document stated my name incorrectly. I had to call and speak to a customer advisor to get the documents changed. This survey also has my name stated incorrectly!”
