“Had a great experience doing a 3 day juice cleanse. I really struggle with bloating and this was a really good reset, I felt the benefits for a good couple of weeks after finishing. I was significantly less bloated, I was more energised and had clearer skin. This was my first ever juice cleanse and I'm usually quite fussy with veggies so I was a bit apprehensive with how I would get on but I had the lovely Emily on hand to give me lots of tips and advice and recommend which juices would suit me best and I got on great! Would definitely recommend and will be doing another in the future! Xx”

“Great products, excellent customer service and follow ups. Only criticism was that the lemon and ginger juice was a little tarter than the previous time I did the detox amd I had to sweeten it with a tiny bit of honey.
The beetroot and carrot juices taste amazing and I was not hungry following the detox either.”

Thank you for mentioning that you felt the Ginger Limeade was sharper on this delivery. I have raised this with our Production Manager to look into it - to see if seasonal varieties in limes could be causing this. We will make sure that we adjust the balance if it is needed. “I loved my 5 day juice cleanse so much I had to try the 7 day cleanse the following month. I especially loved the cacao cashew drink in the evening! It was surprisingly easy and I didn’t have any cravings/withdrawals throughout. I planned it during a quiet week which definitely helped and if I wanted to workout I would do one of the more substantial cleanses next time. Would definitely do another one in the future!”

We always recommend cleansing when you have fewer social commitments and quieter weeks so you can take the time to focus on yourself. If you plan on exercising intensely throughout your cleanse then we would suggest opting for our Strengthen cleanse or build your own where you can select 2 nut mylks per day. You could also incorporate unsalted nuts, avocado, raw veggies and fruit alongside the cleanse if you are exercising - its all about listening to your body and doing what works best for you! “It was my first time ordering a cleanse, I used to make juices myself but this time it was extremely convenient to have them delivered. I didn't feel hungry thanks to the 5 juices a day and the number 5 was very satisfying after doing some yoga. I did one full normal day at work and didn't feel dizzy at all. Obviously don't run a marathon but you don't have to stay in bed all day either :) I did the detox one and loved all the green juices. The only comment I'd make is that the frozen delivery is a good idea but DPD did mine quite late in the afternoon so the juices were lightly thawed but I guess we can't really have control over that. Anyway, very good cleanse, cheaper than most in London, I'll recommend it to friends and will do it regularly! Thanks!”
