“Plants arrived in good condition”

“Into each life a little rain must fall. Sometimes mistakes are made. We shouldn't judge people on the mistakes they make, but on the way they respond. In my case, it was DHL that lost an order from The Stem. James was brilliant in resolving the issue promptly and without me having to make a fuss. I have bought from here a few times and would continue to recommend them to friends and family. Keep it up!”

“Both plants I ordered are being gifted for Christmas and although not with their new owners yet I'm sure they will be loved. Both plants came watered and well looked after. My only small issue is that the driver took a few days to be able to deliver due to the snow so the plants are in need of a little sun however this is no ones fault and was unavoidable.”

“The plants arrived on time and securely packed. However, one of the flowers had withered because of being bent at the stem. It was just hanging by its stem. It was ruining the look of the plant so I cut it out, Overall, the plant looks nice. I may order from The Stem again, not sure.”

“New plant mum since May 2022 purchase here! Firstly the not so great stuff... My four plants arrived in pots but only one of them had ANY remote sort packaging (my Peperomia), which had a few of the big leaves snapped in half (with the other halves fallen in the packaging)... Two other leaves were also nearly split in half. Wasn't hip to propagation then, so I tossed them. :( My Snake plant had lots of fungus gnats too which was a pain. :( Now for the wins! After I nearly killed her, my Peperomia is THRIVING to the point where this summer she bloomed!!! She's grown considerably since I found the right spot. Very happy! My Cylindrical Sanseveria has already given me eight pups and OMG I've just counted nine more sprouting. 17 pups!!! Is this common? Wasn't ready for this many grand babies all at once lol! My Parlour has sprouted two new leaves too (never thought I'd see the day). Enjoying plant life!”

“Love the plants, they came quickly and where exactly how i was expecting them. Only thing was the packaging. My box came really dented and broken which resulted in one of my smaller plants getting damaged quite abit but not sure if that’s down to the delivery service. 🪴”

“Smooth ordering process, however not all items in the same category. For example, not all indoor air purifiers were in the air purifier category. However easy process from order to delivery. Items well packaged and delivered with care. Love that card is given which explains how to look after each plant.”
