“I have yet to receive a rug I ordered in Feburary from this company through ONbuy - company keeps promising a date for delivery and to get back to me but nothing materialises - last update was that I would recieve rug w/c 1st April = have heard nothing and company keeps hanging up phone on me when I try to contact them”
