“I purchased an intimate item (bra) which was a poor fit and I learned they do NOT accept returns or refunds after the fact. Reciclar basically responded by saying that I should have checked the size chart before ordering. I did order the right size but it simply did not work for me. This item took about 2 weeks to arrive from China. I wish I had known better. They never responded to my emails but I did get a response through Paypal which was my payment method. BEWARE!”

“I sent 9 perfectly good cartridges on 20th May, its now July 9th have received no payment, no communication, wont be using them again”

“I would like to report that I have received the money for cartridges owing. I am a genuine customer, honestly. It took some email discussion, but I did get payment. It is worth pursuing if you are owed money. Just persevere and be polite. It can get results. I hope that helps. I plan to send some more cartridges and hope that works too. Will give more feedback, as and when.”

“I have been reading your cimpany reviews and it was interesting that the only good review had the name of the writer, is this a relative/friend of a company employee? Just wondering! Anyway, I sent in a bulk (probably around 100 cartridges, sorry I did not count them but there were loads) of used once Epson genuine cartridges purchased from Argos that all failed the test so nothing could be paid. You need to check your testing equipment as either the equipment is dodgy or this company is? Thanks for letting me know that you will dispose of them in a responsible way, next time I will just do this myself and save my self the packaging, trip to the post office etc.”

“I wanted to earn some money for my fave charity and sent 30 cartridges to them. They said 13 were faulty (how can this be?) and the remaining 17 weren't eligible. I am gutted. They have a list of eligible cartridges on their website but its practically hidden. Don't bother”

“Scam. I have send 2 perfectly working (albeit empty refills) to TRF, who simply sent an email reply that they had both had faults, and they owe me £0.00. I should have sent them elsewhere.”

“SCAMMERS! Do not send these people your cartridges. Despite giving them all the info they asked for and messaging them numerous times over the past few weeks, they have not responded to any of my messages for the past 2 weeks. As other reviewers have said, DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARTRIDGES. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR MONEY!”

“Of the last 3 consignments ive sent here only ever been credited points once.. There is nothing you can do no one to speak to, emails ignored Tesco not interested please dont get duped, there is a big market for used printer cartridges (a fact not lost on the recycle factory) advertise your empties on your favourite selling site you WILL regret using the Recycle factory”

“Same story. Have accumulated just under the £20 required to pay out and any of the cartridges I send in thereafter simply disappear. Including one sent signed for. Three shipments so far. Totaling in the region on £15. No emails. no explanations. Would suggest that this is not happening by accident. TRF simply do not wish to pay out.”

“Do not use this company, they are scammers. I sent cartridges to be recycled and have accumulated just under £20. The last 2 sets of cartridges I sent were not accepted and received an email saying they can't use them. That's because I have earned just under the £20 limit when they have to pay for the cartridges you have sent them to recycle, and if they accept any further cartridges, they will have to pay me. Can't speak to anyone on the phone as just recorded messages and they haven't answered emails.”

“Do not use this company, they are scammers. When sending them cartridges for recycling you can only claim your funds when you accumulate £20. Now I am just 35p off the £20 limit, they have refused 4 cartridges I have sent. Can't speak to anyone on the phone as they only have recorded messages and they don't reply to my emails.”
