“I would like to highlight the outstanding service of David To, one of the mortgage advisers in this company. He made me feel at ease when everything seems daunting having not had any prior knowledge about mortgages. He is very professional, non-judgmental, and friendly. I may not have gone with them due to unforeseen circumstance but I shall surely put them in front of my list for any future mortgage matters. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks David!”

“The Mortgage Hut have been fantastic - i had some very specific needs relating to probate and my age - I wasn't sure if i could get a mortgage - the Mortgage Hut were very clear that I could and made the whole process very simple. They maintained contact throughout and I could contact them whenever i wanted. Oliver did all the initial work - so easy - and Nichola all the follow up work - her attention to detail was brilliant. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.”

“Everyone told us that buying a house would be one of the most stressful processes we would have to go through…however Matt and Natasha made buying our first home an absolute breeze! In particular, we appreciated the regular check ins (via both phone and email) throughout the process as well as the overall efficiency in getting the mortgage in place. Would thoroughly recommend The Mortgage Hut and will certainly be using them again in future.”

“Well I have to admit straight off the bat that I was a really difficult customer. Sceptical, demanding and prone to panicking at every stage of the process. But Kiran Singh is absolutely amazing through it all and am so grateful to her for helping to make my two dreams come true. My first dream is that I wanted to buy a substantial family home and secondly I had a longstanding dream to get into property. Kiran literally did miracles and got me a FULL mortgage offer in 72 hours for my dream home and in the most difficult of mortgage markets Kiran manged to get me an unbeleivably low interest rate for my buy to let from a lender who I was convinced would never give me a mortgage for various reasons. Kiran is personable, dedicated, experienced and is exceptionally adept at finding bespoke solutions that deliver exactly what you need in your circumstances. I never once felt like I was being push or that it was about anything else but me. Kiran focussed on what I advised that I needed and exceed every expectation I had. “Firstly I was in contact with Jess. Who was so helpful, she put my mind at rest months before I actually found a place I liked! So I can’t thank her enough! Then I eventually found a property I liked, when I put the offer in and got back in touch, Jess was away, so I got introduced to Amy Hinder! All I can say is she was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was a problem for her, she did all of the hard yards for me. Like most I was apprehensive before applying. If you want peace of mind and to deal with someone who clearly knows what they are doing, this is your place to go. As long as you are completely upfront about your circumstances and literally transparent, it gives them the full picture to pick a lender with a criteria that suits you. A special thank you to nichola, who also helped me and spoke with me after Amy had done my application! Thank you so much! I’m over the moon!”
