“Firstly I was in contact with Jess. Who was so helpful, she put my mind at rest months before I actually found a place I liked! So I can’t thank her enough! Then I eventually found a property I liked, when I put the offer in and got back in touch, Jess was away, so I got introduced to Amy Hinder! All I can say is she was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was a problem for her, she did all of the hard yards for me. Like most I was apprehensive before applying. If you want peace of mind and to deal with someone who clearly knows what they are doing, this is your place to go. As long as you are completely upfront about your circumstances and literally transparent, it gives them the full picture to pick a lender with a criteria that suits you. A special thank you to nichola, who also helped me and spoke with me after Amy had done my application! Thank you so much! I’m over the moon!”

“Elliott and Andy from the Mortgage Hut provided as seamless and stress-free service for me. I've now had my mortgage offer and hopefully all will proceed smoothly! “Luke dealt with our mortgage and I cannot praise him enough. Incredibly helpful and always replied/did his best to assist me (and my novice questions). Over the course of 4 months from first contact to finding the right house and getting our mortgage underwritten, Luke and the team have been great. It's hard to find service that goes above and beyond these days and I really felt Luke did so”

“Kiran and Andy at the mortgage hut have been extremely helpful. Kiran especially has shown empathy and sympathy to our situation and has given my wife and i all relevant information to enable us to make an informed decision. Kiran, has worked tirelessly to try and get a provider for a mortgage, which she did and has secured good terms by liaising with the underwriter at the mortgage lender. The burden of trying to secure a mortgage was great, but Kiran has helped with the journey, and this would be the second time we have used the Mortgage Hut and more particularly with Kiran, again helping us secure a mortgage offer”

“My conversation with Jack was probably the most informative conversation I’ve had in years. Jack listened to my requirements and gave solutions to 2/3 scenarios. I’m not in the position to utilise him, however I will 100% be calling back in the not so distant future! Jacks knowledge really enabled me to understand more about what I can/want to do with my money. Credit to the company.”

“Luke has been invaluable these past couple of weeks from getting the mortgage in principal, right up to getting the mortgage accepted today. He is so professional, helpful and nothing is too difficult. He explained everything to me in simple terms every step of the way. “the lady Amy, she is very uncertain , a bit rude, she asked question that totally not her business and halfway dropped my application without helping me. Maybe she keen or oky only with white British to serve and not others even when I said to her I was not happy with her behavior and service instead to apologies and clarify , she closed my application without discussing with me. Rude, unprofessional”
