“This review is for an end of tenancy clean. I was initially a bit disappointed as the appointment had to be moved at short notice. But Sharon was reassuring and rebooked an alternative time straightaway. When I got the call to inspect the clean, any disappointment and concerns quickly went away - I was very impressed ! Sharon and her team completed the job promptly and professionally, cleaning even the most hard to reach places at the property ! I also booked an oven and carpet specialist who attended separately. The oven was cleaned immaculately (there were a lot of grease / burnt marks) ! The Magnificent Cleaners have good local knowledge of Birmingham which made the process very smooth! I would have no hesitation in recommending them again !”
