“I knew I was in trouble and I didn’t know how to deal with it. I was scared, scared that I would lose everything I had which isn’t a lot. I somehow stumbled across this company as I was expecting a call from a different company (they didn’t call me) but I called you and the sense of relief after my 1st call was so unbelievable. “Very helpful and have supported my IVA through the whole process Only initial criticism they might be a bit more assertive in what to expect in the initial stages of the IVA once put into place However, it is impossible to cover every possibility. That’s why the whole team are supportive of various circumstances and with excellent customer service I was passed to the relevant department. As someone nearing 60 who has never been nor thought they would be in this position then it is a bit daunting. I think I’m just getting a handle on this and as long as I keep in touch with them and play by the terms set out then everything will be fine. Big thanks to everyone involve both matter whether an advisor, call handler or someone offering more specialist advice.”
