“Grade A! Top class! It really was an outstanding service, from walking in the the showroom to having our own Hot tub. Grant was full of knowledge, made sure we picked the right one and that we understood why , he answered every question and more, Mark came and installed it, him and his team made it look so easy, he showed us how to care and maintain for the hot tub. Very very good communication. At the end of it all I felt like if we needed any help all we'd have to do is call them. A 5 star review is not high enough. “We are the most happiest people right now! Thank you so much to The hot tub warehouse for our beautiful hot tub… we absolutely love it!! Myself and husband were in two minds of getting one of these months ago, back and forth to the shop many times we never felt pressured once.. finally we made the decision to treat ourselves, what the best decision we made! Big thank you to Mark, Grant & Rob they have been great! When arrived it wasn’t the kindest weather from them and down the side of our house was very tight however these guys powered through made us feel at ease and never dulled our mood! Mark stayed until the tub was filled and explained/ demonstrated what needs to be done for maintenance which is pretty straight forward! We can’t wait for these winter nights in our tub under the stars with our alcoholic drinks with the lights and music on😜! Definitely recommend these guys thanks again all involved, we appreciate it! “We took advantage of the Wellis sale, purchasing the Wellis Palermo hot tub, the service was great with fast turnaround to suit our needs. We had to build scaffold and it was a bit awkward bit nothing was a problem! We love the tub and have had a great service from them. Also if you buy a tub from them you get 20% off any future purchases which is perfect for maintaining the tub with chemicals. Cheers lads and we highly recommend!”

“We spent a long time looking for the right hot tub with the perfect seat configuration and height and depth etc we found the hot tub warehouse and they were really helpful and provided all the information we needed to help us finally select our perfect hot tub. We had to wait a while due to current situations with transport etc but it was worth the wait. Suzy or contact all the way through from order to delivery couldn't be more helpful even responding to me when she was on leave! Then the guys who delivered and installed it were great. They managed to get around a tricky corner and up some steps without any problems. Everything went smoothly we were so happy. Then the guidance about using the chemicals was also a simple process and the guys were really informative. Definitely recommend these. I was left holding the hose pipe filling it myself, never been so disappointed after spend over £5000 and feeling let down. So don’t do the same. They are helpful over the phone and have provided some useful after sales support too. One thing I would recommend is thorough research about the delivery and possibly a site visit if you have any questions.
