“Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, a special mention to Grant who was patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, he talked us through all of the hot tubs that met our requirements, but was never pushy or forceful In his sales approach. Big thank you to Mark and team who installed our hot tub and ensured we were happy with all aspects and operation. Paul retuned to finish the electrics and final checks and was polite and approachable, he was able to answer our questions and made sure we were confident before leaving. First class service from start to finish, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Hot Tub Warehouse who not only met but exceeded our expectations. Thank you x”

“Grade A! Top class! It really was an outstanding service, from walking in the the showroom to having our own Hot tub. Grant was full of knowledge, made sure we picked the right one and that we understood why , he answered every question and more, Mark came and installed it, him and his team made it look so easy, he showed us how to care and maintain for the hot tub. Very very good communication. At the end of it all I felt like if we needed any help all we'd have to do is call them. A 5 star review is not high enough. A big big big thank you, you can add me to you Happy customer list 😁”

“We have had our hot tub for week now, from meeting Mark at the showroom and speaking to Grant about delivery and installation the purchasing experience was flexible and easy, Mark and the lads came on the worst day of rain and wind and with a couple of problems overcome installed the tub. After the tub was filled Mark and Liam returned to give us a detailed guide to operating and the chemical use for keep the tub clean, valuable information needed if you are a first time buyer / user. Overall a great experience and would recommend the hot tub warehouse to everyone.”

“When we went to the Hottubwarehouse we had a good idea of what we wanted. With the help and guidance of the staff, we got a great deal. The staff are great, friendly and very informative and nothing was a problem. When installation happened the whole experience went without a hitch and so, we now spend most nights in our wonderful hot tub. We (my wife and I ) can't praise Thehottubwarehouse enough. A phone call away and full of help and advice if and when we need it. WE RECOMMEND THEM AND THEIR SERVICE. Thank you”

“This place should be called the Chinese Hot Tub warehouse cheap low quality hotubs at massively inflated prices .I’ve never dealt with a more vague salesperson . Add that to the £1000’s of pounds to heat and run each year I decided not to bother .”
