“We have had our hot tub about 3 months now and what an amazing purchase. We are in it nearly every day Grant and the team at the hot tub warehouse were great and the installation team were brilliant setting everything up so we could use it that night After sales is great too, from talking us through setting up the Bluetooth to popping in to buy cleaning and maintenance supplies We would definitely recommend them”

We go in every day , it is supporting nerve pain in my spine caused by radiotherapy and my circulation has improved so much , we now sleep like logs every night I cant say enough the benifits. “Hired hottub for kids birthday week which was left with wrong filter that the delivery guys didn't bother to check. Water turned very dirty and filter was replaced. This is negligent not to check filter at time of delivery causing health risk in these times when would expect folks to be extra cautious”

“Having put a deposit for a hot tub in March and applied for finance they have now cancelled the delivery which was expected end of June. I only found out because I sent an email asking for an update. The lady I bought from told me that she had the hot tub. So I suspect they sold it. They offered me one in October! Very dissapointed. They issued me a refund and I now bought a hot tub from Roman Spa who will deliver an amazing hot tub soon. I will not recommend this company.”

“Hi.. We recently purchased our new hot tub from ‘ the hot tub warehouse’ in North Shields.. I’m 100% happy with the product and the customer service is outstanding 10 ⭐️‘S . grant has been more then Patient with us witch I appreciate so much, can’t fault the staff in the show room to the delivery guys - the delivery guys even came back out and helped us out. “We visited Hot Tub Warehouse as this retailer is local to us. However, we were in for a pleasant surprise at the size of the showroom. They stock everything from small hot tubs to swimspas. We talked about our requirements, space etc and the sales staff were very honest in recommending exactly the type of spa which would fit and be right for us. They were very attentive with questions and there after sales is absolutely on point. Would highly recommend this company to any future spa owner!”

“Bought tub approx 6 months ago. Buying process very straightforward and kept updated on delivery times. Delivery and installation went very well, no concerns. I have used the tub nearly everyday since I got it. I had one small issue with a jet develop, I went into store to report concern. Suzy & Grant listened to my concern and Grant says I will be at yours tomorrow to rectify. Now that’s what I call customer service. Would highly recommend if you are in the market for a hot tub.”

“Amazing! I had been looking for a while for a hot tub for our family and came across The Hot Tub Warehouse. I rang them up to ask information and Grant was incredibly helpful. I was able to view the range and decided on The Devotion spa. Due to not having the correct socket I needed to put the delivery on hold and this was no problem for Grant. As soon as this was completed a date was set and if I hadn’t needed the socket arranging the spa would have been situated in our garden within the week. When the guys came out to deliver - the spa was damaged but that was no problem as they went back and a new spa was delivered the same day. They then spent the time going through everything and making sure it was all set up correctly working overtime to make sure I was happy. A phone call from Suzy a few days later to make sure everything was ok shows great customer service. I did have a few questions after a few weeks of owning the spa and spoke to Suzy and Grant and they were very helpful and put my mind at rest and a video call from the engineer sorted all my worries out. I would not hesitate to recommend The Hot Tub Warehouse to my friends and family as the service I received from start to finish has been excellent”

“We bought a hot tub from another place and cancelled it as was taking too long and service wasn’t great , phoned these guys and by far five star treatment , got my new tub within days as it was in stock , ecstatic wave , great hot tub , the service was five stars from start to finish , would highly recommend , these guys know what they are talking about ,to the delivery guys , engineer and Mark the owner perfect job guys 👌 wouldn’t even try any where else , the tubs are high standard from these guys , total first class .
