“Really pleased with my experience with Hot Tub Warehouse! Got the perfect hot tub and a great service right from the start! We hadn't realised how complicated shopping for a hot tub could be until we started looking. As complete newbies, my wife and I went on Google and realised quickly that all the pictures and specs just looked the same to us. A couple of places we spoke with told us what we should buy and gave us a bit of a hard sell rather than listening to us. Hot Tub Warehouse were great though! We spoke with Grant and he took us through all the basics without us feeling like he was trying to oversell anything. Nothing felt rushed and when it came to delivery they did a great job of getting us up and running that day. A really relaxed experience from start to finish, and I would encourage anyone else to shop with them. Oh, and better prices than other places we looked at too!”

“Having had a few delays due to logistics issues I would like to say thank you to Mark the owner and Rob for going over and above to resolve the issues and staying to get everything perfect. We bought the dual swim spa and it is fantastic addition to the house. Thanks again for listening to my issues and getting them resolved. Much appreciated. Vicki”

“We have had service from this company for 5years.we have bought two tubs from them and from day one the service has been second To none in that we were helped with planning , location,organising electrical feed. Our tub was delivered ,set up ready for use and a demonstration on how to use it.after two years we changed the location, give the first tub to our daughter and bought a new for tub for ourselves which was delivered and set up for use in new location. The first tub was lifted and transported to my daughter.this too was placed in her location and set up for use. We have recently been in touch regarding servicing and inspection of our tub And arranged service for my daughters tub.everything we have needed and wanted has been first class .we are not well off and we are pensioners .The consideration shown to us has been full of respect and all needs addressed. “We have just taken delivery of our new hot tub supplied by hot tub warehouse. Whilst we were a little concerned about the whole installation process bearing in mind the time of year and the bad weather we are experiencing, things could not have gone smoother. From the excellent advice and coordination taken care of by Grant in the office to the installation staff who ensured that the delivery went without a hitch. I cannot praise all of the staff enough as we were put at ease throughout the whole process. I would definitely advise using this company to anyone who wants to have a hassle-free delivery and installation.”
