“All about the customer service. 1st rad had a default and 2nd had a mark on it. Return for 1st was easy and dealt with promptly. 2nd rad I was given a fair refund to accommodate the damage. Issues happen, as long as they dealt with promptly and efficiently I am happy. Will us them again!”

“They look very nice but still waiting on my heating engineer to install them. Unfortunately, the valves I ordered with them are not compatible with the existing pipework and I have had no response from UK Radiators, to two emails, as to their return and refund process, so a bit disappointed by their after sales customer care to be honest.”

“I was just looking for a simple radiator for our redecorated cloakroom and UK Radiators offered a suitable unit at a fair price. It was delivered very quickly with no fuss and I was kept informed by the courier of when it would arrive so no needless hanging around. We're now carrying out modifications to our home and will be looking to UK Radiators to supply something more impressive as the work progresses.”
