“Received my first order of Sheftalia today. Amazing service, the food was so well wrapped, it could have just come out of their freezer. This definitely won’t be my last order. Would give them more stars if I could.”

“Very unprofessional. I used them for the first time after they targeted me via Facebook ads. I ordered tsourekia for two of my cousins and their website was stating that they will be delivered in 2 business days and that if this is not the case they will let me know ASAP. 5 days had passed and the tsourekia hadn't been delivered so I contacted them myself for an update. Then they told me that the timelines are now different due to Christmas but this wasn't mentioned anywhere on their website. Some days later and 1 week after I placed the order they messaged me to say that they have run out of tsourekia. I was hoping to send my cousins a gift for Christmas and now there is no time to do this thanks to this mess. I am always using Agora Greek Delicacies and never had any such issues. I would recommend you to do the same. Order numbers: 40878, 40868”

“I have been using The Greek Deli for a few years now and I have been very happy with the products, they have really good quality products with very good prices. The best part is their service though! The people who run/own it are fantastic. The communication is always excellent and their delivery really good. I really recommend them.”

“After our holiday in Crete I was looking for some of the fabulous red wine we'd had there. The Greek Deli was the only place in the UK I could find it. The price was reasonable, the delivery went smoothly and my friend was delighted. The parcel also included a few extras such as some Greek chocolate. I was so happy with the Greek Deli I also ordered some wine for myself and a Christmas hamper for my mother. I'll definitely be using this company again for their carefully chosen choice of products and excellent customer service.”
