“I was happy with the customer service, who responded promptly to enquiries. I was also happy with the fact that the promised timing of the order delivery was kept to. I ordered Greek wine and baklava. I was happy with the wine but not happy with the baklava as this was not Greek baklava, as I had assumed, given that I was buying from a place selling Greek products. The baklava was Arabic, which is quite different from Greek and I feel that this should be made clear in the description of the product ahead of purchase.”

“Although I thought I had ordered white wine I received the red equivalent. On ringing The Greek Delicatessen I spoke to a lady who's only response to my enquiry was refer to your order its what you ordered.No empathy ,its your fault attitude go away !!! No customer servic no well lets see what we can do to sort this out !!!.Zero customer satisfaction. The irony was the Red wine we received was outstanding.”

“Friendly service, fast delivery, great products and prices. The olive oil is really good, you cannot find that quality and taste for the price in any supermarket. The feta is great too, and Melina tomato sauces are divine, in the pulses, gigantes are really great. And the wine again is superb for the price. You cannot get the same taste and quality in the supermarket even for twice the price. Everything I have bought was excellent and I was very satisfied. But apart from the products, the service is also amazing. Clio called me to let me know they didn't have a product in my order asking me if I would like another product or a refund. Although you shop online you have the same feeling as being "in store". Finally they always deliver very fast (usually I am waiting for one day because I place my orders late at night) and I will always be notified. What is not to like. Please keep up the fantastic job you are doing. Five stars from me and a big thank you.”

“I am so glad that I have found the Greek Deli! We really love the organic olive oil-its fruity and delicious and we get through it very quickly! The web site is very user friendly and the delivery is very fast. I have also made a couple of phone enquiries and they are very friendly and personable. Thank you”

“Love the oil, speedy delivery, website and the staggered marketing e-mails -once a quarter rather than every week is about right-, but at a time when everyone was going on about a lack of olives after the last harvest failed and that olive oils were possibly no longer as unadulterated as in the past how do TGDL maintain standards of purity without the price going north? Or was it all a hoax to creep prices up amongst us great unwashed? Who knows whom to ask and how to check the integrity of the answers? Yassas!!!”
