good value for money ween discounts available, missing a few crannies there and here but overall solid experience...

Ordered 2 prefilled Christmas stockings for my kids, paid extra to get it delivered 1st class. Over a week later, they finally arrive. Emailed the company and still no reply.

Delivery was quick. Well packaged. Sadly one of the items was broken, I did submit an email query but heard nothing, until receiving this email for a review.

Very disappointed with the service from The Gift and Gadget Store. Placed an order (SO1622032) To buy an Aeropress coffee set of items. You would not let me pay by PayPal even though my PayPal is set up and has paid for many other items/presents this Christmas. I had won £25 with PayPal and it was my intention to help pay the order with this cah prize. Instead I had to pay with my debit card. I even messaged you twice and had no repy. Despite being told you would answer by two working days. I also kept getting reminders about placing the order when I already had and bought it. Finally, I tyried to phone you but you were not taking phone calls due to COVID? Soi am disappointed to say the least.

I am very sorry to hear that you had a problem paying via PayPal. You would need to contact PayPal direct to find out why the payment failed. We are receiving many orders where customers have paid via PayPal. Please check your junk/spam folders as our customer service department have replied to your message. I again apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Never heard of this place/site before. So as I was searching for some Christmas presents online I came across. I was hesitant at first but the reviews were cracking. So I took a chance and do not regret it in the slightest. Kept in touch along the way, provided all details and the product (some roller blades) arrived on time. All ran smoothly and the product is fab. I can’t wait to see my child open them on Christmas Day. Thank you!

I never received my order, was kindly offered a replacement or refund. I replied with request for a replacement, no problem. However I have never received my order still and despite emailing 4 times, have had no replies or correspondence?! ☹
