“I received an email explaining one of my products was unavailable and was asked to select an alternative which I did but this product never arrived. Delivery 2 weeks later than estimated when placed ny order. Poor service overall”

“I’m sorry I ordered for 6ft 7inc padded pool for my grandchildren and 10ft one was sent to me. I was not happy at all because the kids are very young for that .So next time you should be careful”

“Awful no communication at all, numerous emails sent to which I had no reply, phone calls messages left again with no reply. Refund claim filed item was sent over 3 weeks late.”

“My wife suffers chronic pain particularly across her neck and shoulders. We’ve tried everything to ease it and your gadget certainly helps. Doesn’t cure it but it takes the edge off for her. It’s not good watching a loved one in pain, it is good to see them smiling a little.”
