“The item arrived with the hour hand and thermometer hand loose and floppy. I was crestfallen. This had been a replacement of an identical clock/thermometer bought at Heligan many years ago and loved. The item NEARLY went into the bin, but my partner wanted to repair it. This he managed to do and it is now working.”

“Love this pillow however within 2 days of arriving it the stitching at the seam has started to come away .. I can only hope this was a one off. And if I was to order again it would be fine.”
