“Horrendous - linked me in with an incompetent solicitor who did an awful job at my sale and purchase TCN didn’t want to know when I started having problems. Ignored my emails and refused to help AVOID !!!”

“Where do I begin. Nicole is a superstar. 10/10. My quote was a bit different from the standard but she was able to make sure I get the right solicitor who can support with my needs. Definitely recommend. I also made a saving on my quote. Definitely recommend.”

“Nicole Orchard from TCN is absolutely brilliant and a very genuine individual. Nicole guided me throughout once I made an enquiry and followed up on all my requests and was very patient and helpful till the mortgage completion happened. I'm not a novice Purchaser as have dealt with many Conveyancers previously while dealing with purchasing properties but this experience was unique. I'd recommend TCN to every property Purchaser as the journey was very smooth and quick. Saved monies compared to direct quotes from the conveyancing solicitors. 2 independent firms quoted high cost plus 16 to 20 weeks of exchange and completion process as a buyer. TCN made it happen in just about 25 working days. I am a very satisfied customer of TCN. I already recommended them to a first time buyer and hope he has the same experience. Thank you very much Nicole Orchard. You are an asset to TCN.”

“Just don't use this company. Buying and selling a home is stressful enough. But they have made the process for all involved stressful and almost unbearable. I have estate agents contacting me EVERY single week due to poor communication from JP. Currently everyone is waiting to go and are waiting on a reply from them to last minute questions. Despite knowing I have an extremely difficult family situation and wanted to move by this week. They have so far sat with the questions for 2 weeks without bothering to respond. I have phoned countless times and are fobbed off or lied to. I am sick of spending my life apologising for their poor service and having processes delayed because they can't be bothered. Just save your own mental welfare and dont use this company. Honestly, the stress is just not worth it. If it's too late for you however like me, save all communications, time line all events including the estate agents chasing etc. That's what the Legal Ombudsman has advised me to do.”

“The CN were excellent throughout the process and saved us money vs the solicitors quote direct. Alexis in particular is great at her job and was happy to spend time giving me advice, as I was unsure of the process as a first time buyer.”

“I can 100% recommend this company. Alexis is very helpful, but so is everyone who works there. Very nice to speak to and cant do enough to help. My buyer pulled out shortly after instructing and nothing was too much trouble. The quotes they provide are very competitive also. Will use again when I get the chain resolved.”

“No Help what so ever they recommended a conveyancing firm insight law who was a total waste of time, i will be contacting legal ombudsman, they take peoples money and don't keep there clients informed, i have paid £150.00 and for what”

“Awful and inept! Spend £500 with them, they failed to find a solicitor who could take on the work and by the time the searches were sent they were out of date. Go directly to a conveyancing solicitor, don't use these morons! BTW I lost every penny.”

“Terrible communication and overall service. They delayed instructing my searches on my purchase by at least 2 weeks and just put this down to a "backlog", have also received very poor service from the solicitors JP Goldman, do not use this service, go to a solicitor directly it will make the process a lot quicker and simpler, this process is passed out to too many different people. No urgency whatsoever.”

“What a great service, worth calling once you have got a quote as the team there will check you have got the most suitable lawyer and open your file and take your payment there and then. I opted for a lawyer in wales who can deal with my lender and only charge a small fee for gifted deposits unlike the lawyer who was recommended by my estate agent who wanted to charge a further £200. Thank you for your help.”
