“Excellent product range and every time we have ordered they have had stock available for next day delivery. “Great service, response and swift delivery. TheBestComms even rang up to check and correct a miss-selected item. I liked the service so much I'd like to set-up a credit account. Unfortunately only credit card and BACS payment up-front are possible at the moment, otherwise it would be a 5* rating :-)”

“The ordering process was quick and simple and the delivery time very fast. I could have done with a bit more product description so I could have confirmed that a power supply was included and when I phoned to enquire I got put straight onto muzak without any indication of what was going on. Still, availability and price carried the day.”

“First order was dispatched very quickly. Prices clearly ahead of the competition. Placed another order a couple of days later and product was out of stock but we received a call within minutes of placing the order to notify us. Good customer service and prices are amongst the sharpest out there so will continue to use bestcomms.”

“I have been shopping online for about twenty years or so and have generally had good service from online suppliers, however my experience with BestComms was probably the best and most exceptional so far, certainly as far as service and delivery is concerned, I placed an order at 14-43 pm and received a 'Your order has shipped' notice at 14-58 pm. 15 mins from ordering the goods to them going out the door! great service, and delivered by the carrier early the next day. It was a pity then that the whole tone of the deal was spoiled by an idiotic adjunct to the invoice stating that 'These goods cannot be cancelled or returned'. and also some nonsense about not being able to return goods that are no longer required (on the website). Seemingly this company has never heard of the latest amendment to the Sale of Goods Act (13th June 2014 Distance selling) giving anybody the right to cancel from the minute they ordered until 14 days after delivery (Cooling off period) also the fact that selling is a contract between the buyer and the seller and not the buyer and the manufacturer, if my goods are not fit for purpose I claim from the seller (After I have returned the goods) but BestComms say you can't do that, so keep your fingers crossed that whatever you buy from them is fit for purpose or you may have a fight on your hands to get redress.”

I am pleased to hear that you received your items promptly and that you were happy with the service provided by the BestComms team. As to our returns policy, in the very unlikely event that delivered goods are damaged, dead on arrival or if they do not match the items purchased, we strive to offer our customers the best possible service and can offer advanced replacement in most cases. In order to provide the widest range of items, we operate a very efficient supply chain. You have already experienced the benefit in terms of prompt delivery, the downside however is that we are currently unable to accept items returned simply due to buyer remorse. You highlighted the Distance Selling Regulations in the Sale of Goods Act, however as TheBestComms is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) seller, these regulations do not apply. This is standard practice for such B2B sales, a fact that many purchasers only find out after they have received the goods. We aim to make this clear to our customers before purchase and the buyer is required to confirm that they are a business on the checkout page. That said, we are currently reviewing our returns policy to determine if we can provide this facility without affecting our service. In addition, we welcome any suggestions you may have in order to improve clarity to prospective customers.
