“My order for a five tier shelving unit was delivered in two days. When I unpacked it there were a couple of pieces missing so I contacted the customer service department. They were very helpful and arranged for replacements which arrived next day. The unit is sturdy and easy to put together (so my grandson tells me). I will be needing more shelving soon and will definitely buy again from this company because of the quality of the shelves, their speed of delivery and excellent customer service. I'd give them more than five stars if available!”

“My order arrived the day after ordering. It was sturdily packaged. As no one was home, it was taken in by my neighbours. Unfortunately, there were two small pieces missing. I sent an email to Workplace Depot, who responded almost immediately and arranged for the missing pieces to be sent. Despite the missing pieces (everyone has the odd offday!) I would still give 5 out of 5, because it was dealt with so quickly and politely.”

“Looking for new cupboards, and was going to buy through a marketplace as it felt easy. Fortunately decided to spend a few minutes finding other sources - pleased I did. Workplace Depot have been brilliant. Firstly I got two cupboards at much better prices and they are great quality. When I telephoned with a query about delivery, the phone was answered quickly and my query was dealt with professionally by a friendly member of staff (who had to deal with me making things more complicated than should have been). Cupboards delivered as promised, by a company that care as much about their customers as Workplace Depot does.”

“I purchased on the 30th September 18 lockers 10SKULocker-5r and 8SKU locker -5r each were supplied with 2 Keys . For insurance purposes I wished to buy extra keys to my surprise THE WORKPLACE cannot supply additional keys ? So if you buy these lockers and loose the keys you cannot get replacement cut .”

“I recently purchased self adhesive vinyl labels again and when paying I observed a noticeable price difference with previous purchases. I contacted the sales department to query this. Within no time I was give chapter and verse and was offered a quick route to purchase the labels directly via the sales desk. Awesome. Then a few days later through absent mindedness I forgot part of the order. No problem, within a day all sorted. An absolute quality performance. Friendly, very efficient and heart-warming. A very big thank you to all you kind people I have been in touch with.”
