“One of the tensabarrier I purchased has an upside down retractable barrier meaning it slides up and not down - very inconvenient and not at all what I needed. Edit: the company were very helpful and following my feedback contacted me and arranged a replacement. Great customer service.”

“When I contacted your Store the person who I spoke to was so helpful as a nurse, I did not know the measurements and how it would all fit on the practice walls, but he did a great job helping me. I was very happy with the service that I received.”
