“So the rear passenger window glass on my car got broken. Several well known National Auto Glass companies couldn't supply the glass to fit, much less for it in a reasonable timescale, so I went to a breakers near Ipswich to buy a replacement. Doing a local search I found The Windscreen Company and (more in hope than expectation) popped in and asked if they could fit said glass for me? “I'm sorry but I don't have an appointment”. “Not a problem, take a seat!” and they showed me to their clean, pleasant waiting room (with free Wi-Fi) and my girlfriend confirmed their restrooms were 10/10 for cleanliness too. They cleared up the mess of shattered glass and fitted my window in record time, and charged me what I thought was a very reasonable price, all while being very friendly and helpful. You simply could not wish for better! 10/10!”

“Definitely a 5 star service. My van had drivers side window broken into, only thing taken was a grand total of £2.50. The service from The Windscreen Company was brilliant. Phoned them on a Wednesday afternoon, replacement window was ordered and 1st thing Thursday morning, a new window was fitted by a couple of nice guys called Billy and Mark. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.”

“After being told by other companies that I would have to take my car to them and also that the screen could not be replaced until a week later I was delighted to find this company online. My screen was replaced the next day and in my own drive. The person who did the job was polite and very efficient. Thankyou to The Windscreen Company.”

“Booked online in a matter of minutes without any call back nonsense. Price agreed and cheaper than I expected. Windscreen in CMax was replaced at the agreed time and I appreciated the technician calling me to let me know he was on his way. I was driving off to work within the hour. Excellent service.”

“Mark, a very pleasant man, arrived nice and early on the agreed day. After looking at the windscreen he told us that it wasn’t cracked it was just a scratch, so no action was needed. Thank you for your honesty Mark. We’ll definitely call you again if needed.”

“Requested a quote via their online service last Friday morning and had a response in less than 15 mins. Cheapest quote I found in the area for a full screen replacement and were happy to come to my home or work (25 miles apart). Job done by Jason next working day - super quick and cheerful. Thanks!”

“Alas, windscreen fitted in March 2020....months later, car electircs suffering from water ingress....screen removed (without permission) and refitted....now watertight and car fine (after electrics that were damaged were replaced). £1400 bill due to this”

“Our Company Van got broken into and the drivers door glass got smashed . This left the van vulnerable and off the road . We called Paul at the Windscreen Company and he was on it straight away. An engineer was out a few hours later and the glass repaired. Not overpriced.”

“Replacemnet windscreen fo a Rangerover Evoque. The technicians were little late for the booking, but i was the final job of the day across a very rural Norfolk/Suffolk. The work was carried out to a high standard with care being taken not to damage a side arm trim that i had previouly stuck a bit of loose trim to..!!!! road tested the vehicle to recalibrate rain, lane departure sensors, camera etc, the whole job took 30-40 minutes and the technicians were very polite and professional in the windscreen replacement.”
