“Ordered a walking umbrella on 30th July and was sent a cap instead! In the box was my invoice for the umbrella too so a bit dismayed. Was asked to send the cap back before they would consider sending me the umbrella which I did on 4th August. The return address was only a few miles away but there have had no reply to my request for an update nor have I received my item. Rather shocked at this poor service. Please at least reply to this review and explain.”

“I am shocked and disappointed that an iconic brand like Wimbledon can be so bad. I am still waiting for my delivery over 3 weeks after ordering (Despite paying for 3-5 day delivery) and when I reached out for help I was told to chase the Royal Mail myself, I have contacted them again for help but they have so far chosen not to reply. I am saddened that my experience of shopping with them has been different from what you could reasonably expect and deserve. Ps. If I could have given them les than 1 star I would!”

“Had some problems with delivery, but this was not the fault of Wimbledon but the courrier. There customer service is very quick to reply to emails and phone calls. Wimbledon did everything they could to contact the courrier. It even took us over a month to get a response from them. In the end Wimbledon offered us a full refund. Put our minds at ease and will use again if the change courrier.”
