Very happy 10 year old and only took minutes to be able to have the confidence to use it

after writing a review on the service of this store and my product i am satisfied that due to the christmas period i may have acted in haste, i have been contacted by the management and have been contacted and asked to return the faulty item so it can be replaced which i have done so, hopefully it will be replaced in the next coming days so my grandson can enjoy the gift we purchased where i will further comment

bought this product from this company and was broke on christmas morning leaving my 9 year old grandson upset these things happen but their after service is absolute garbage they answer the phone give you a load of excuses and say write a email someone will get back to you that very day , nothing 4 days later I'm still waiting been phoning every day since the 26th now they aint even answering the phone its was if they know your no and are blanking it i think this is disgusting PLEASE ANYONE DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS THEY ARE OPEN FOR BUISNESS SELLING THESE ITEMS BUT DONT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE FAULTY ITEMS DESPICABLE now i have to spend my first day in london when I'm back at work going to their premises to sort this out not a happy man

Firstly the charger didn't work for the 1st few day, then after charging the board suddenly stopped a noise like pop haopened smoke came from and now I can't seem to get in contact with anyone regarding this. Very disappointed!!!

Excellent bit of kit!! Only slight downside was the wait for it to arrive but this could have been due to it being on the run up to Christmas. Apart from that it is fab.

i purchased this for my grandson it was fully charged when we opened it so when went to charge it it was on green he went on it for a hour then it was flat tried recharging it no go light was still on green at it won't charge leaving a 9 year old very very disappointed i will be on the phone 1st thing in the morning as I'm not happy either regards DARRAN NIXON

The product didn't arrive on the expected date! However the moment I informed them, which was on a Sunday evening! The phone rang almost within an hour, the gentleman assured me it was a courier error, he personally went and posted the item, that arrived on Monday morning. Customer service number needs to be better when finally got through the information that I was given and the help was very good. One bad comment when I got through the person who answered the said we have two choices answering the phone or packing boxs it little bit worrying at £270 a unit and you cannot get through all you get is a giff gaff answer machine with no message on it .

Very disappointed. Originally ordered a black evoboard online as the red boards were out stock. However, when I looked on Evoboards web site an hour later red ones were available. I immediately telephoned and asked if I could alter my original order, to which they confirmed that a red board was available and would be despatched. The order was placed on the 8th November 2016 (Thursday) and on the following Wednesday 14th I rang to chase up my order as I had received no communication from them. The guy I spoke to confirmed that I had altered the order to a red board. The board arrived the following day, but unfortunately it was black. I therefore rang again stating that the order delivered was black. He advised he would contact the warehouse and ring me back. To date 19th I am still awaiting a respond from Evoboard. Therefore I find their customer service very poor.

Never been so happy ,it's a long story but I got scammed on eBay 14 days before Christmas I didn't think I was going to get one then I found evo boards I phoned they promised a date then time an it was there best company I've ordered off no messing thank you so much

Possibly need more customer service staff. Takes 3 days to reply to an email. Sometime no reply at all and your live chat is always to busy and youre told to leave an email address.. Which is pointless because nobody gets back to you. Can't comment on the board yet as it's wrapped up for Christmas
