I placed and order and realised I purchased an item twice. I was very quick to make contact with the sports hq about cancelling part of the order. To then receive a message stating it can’t be cancelled because its automatically processed. I said I’d like to cancel the whole order then! To again then be told I couldn’t cancel it at all that I’d need to receive the order and then post it back to them. I didn’t pay for postage when I made the order but then was out of pocket having to sent the order back. I made contact with the company to ask if they’d received the item to be told no they haven’t when I was tracking the order the whole time and aus post said it definitely had been delivered. I was then asked for the tracking number in which I gave and now haven’t even heard a word back after I said I new it had been delivered!!! Now they won’t refund my money! So now a dispute has been raised Absolutely appalling!!!!

Delivery was supposed to be sent out 9 days ago, even had a tracking number which was non existent, contacted these guys to be told order had not been dispatched, so asked for a refund, but will not answer me as to when my money will be refunded, only route now is to contact my bank and report fraud on their part, they failed to adhere to the contract, will never ever use again....

Ordered golf trolley, golf bag 2 x golf tops, spent over £450. Have tried unsuccessfully to get response regarding faulty trolley. Worst customer service ever. Seems once they have your money they delete your account so unless you can find your receipt they ignore you. Now passing it to my credit card company. Very shabby disgraceful service

I've had dramas returning an item that they sent knowing it was incorrect. Even had there manager ring and threaten me from Nevada. I just hope you read this and save your money. They won't refund you they are scammers. From what I can see most of their stock is rubbish anyway. This morning she has emailed claiming she has refunded me.but once again a red herring no refund just bs.

I ordered a treadmill and spent £400.00 there was a problem with the tracking of the parcel and was told by sports hq not to worry it was on its way and I’d receive it that day (Tuesday) it got to Wednesday and still no sign sports hq said they promise it was coming that day - still no sign. I then contact dx delivery my self to be told they don’t know what’s going on I then told dx delivery I do not wish to receive the parcel as looking on reviews on sports hq they are selling faulty goods and keeping peoples money. I then contact sports hq with my concerns and was treated disgracefully the man was rude and abrupt and now they won’t refund me I don’t have what I paid for and they’ve stolen £400 of my money. I’m currently in contact with a solicitor and the obudsman and we are going to drive up to where they are based. Do not use this company they are crooks they’ve stolen my money and now won’t pick up the phone won’t reply to emails nothing! Do not use!

I have just started to use Sports HQ and the service is just what I would expect they are helpful good quality and the price is good I shall carry on using them from now on.

I received a faulty treadmill in December, customer service does not pick up the phone, emails take far too long to be answered and usually are 2 lines refusing to replace the product. Careful!

Received a damaged treadmill in November and was returned same month. But still fighting to get a refund. They keep saying the refund has been made to my Klarna account but I don’t have a Klarna account and I used my debit card to make the payment. The phone number provided doesn’t work so you cannot speak to customer service. STAY AWAY!

Do not buy from!! I bought a treadmill which broke in the warranty period. They replaced with an ex-demo version which broke on the 2nd use. I’ve emailed and was told as a ‘gesture of good will’ they would replace it BUT only on a weekday. They claim they will only exchange the item Monday-Friday and during the day. When I explained I work on these days all day, they suggested I leave outside my house, take to work with me or have a neighbour watch it all day. They simply don’t care about their customers or want to help. I have said so many times that it wasn’t my fault, I was given a faulty item but they want me to go out of my way to have it exchanged. Why should I have to take a days unpaid leave for something that is their fault?? Never use this company.

As with other comments on here I have been trying to ring this company to arrange return of a faulty item. ( Folding treadmill which would never refold as all locking pins too tight to take in and out. ) Have been ringing since Friday..phone line options do not work!! Have sent email, but no response, even from the registered CEO!! Took payment quickly enough. Keeping accurate log of calls in order to take this shower to court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

They scammed me , they are not awnserinf my calls and have not delivered my parcel for many days and on the tracker it says incorrectly address. Do not trust them and report them.

Emailed HQ.. Got a reply from a guy called Simon... I knew by his first reply that I was scammed... He has no customer service in him at all.... He kept asking silly questions as to annoy myself... And of course it worked... I would avoid anything to do with this company at all cost... Then after several emails forth and back he has the cheek to say I'm not helping you till you apologise and my last reply was you never tried to help me from the start.. Toyally unacceptable behaviour from a man who is supposed to be in customer service.... The whole company is a joke... Fool me once shame on me... Fool me twice shame on you...

If i could i would give 0 ⭐️, I received a totally different item what I expected, then I’ve been trying to contact SportsHq tru phone since 2 weeks to return the package and been ignored by saying they will call me back which never happened then I received an email saying i have to pay £20 to return my package! JOKES

I realize we are living in exceptional circumstances but this should no srop companies behaving honestly: I have now waited six days for a cyclette that according to the Sports hq website would have been. Deliveted next day. I have called the company to enquire about the wereabout of the bike and each time (from day 3 of purchase) I am given a different explanation but assured that the bike has now been dispatched (but no tracking number is provided). At this point I would rather just cancel the order...I will never purchase anything from them!

i purchased a garden swing from this website, the padded cushion did not fit on the seat of the swing, after a couple of weeks the canopy came off and broke - i contacted sportshq and they were useles saying it was my fault, please DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE - YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY

Terrible after service Been waiting 3 months for brake pads for the cyclematic cx1 so I can’t use it as I can’t find any alternative that fit and every time I call same story there be in stock in s few weeks STILL WAITING

Excellent service, after a phone call to Joseph, I was told my golf shoes would be delivered on time (next day delivery) but the courier had failed to send me confirmation. My shoes arrived as Joseph stated. Well done SportsHQ

https://www.thesportshq.com/ This diabolical company should be stopped from trading. I came across their website after a Google search for "Non-assembly treadmills" on Google. From the descriptions of their treadmills I saw nothing to say that their treadmills needed to be assembled. I emailed the company with a link to the treadmill which I wanted to buy costing £169.00 and explained carefully that I was 61 years old, with disabilities which left me with a lack of grip and ability to assemble or lift things, and that there was nothing on their web site as to whether this product needed to be assembled. I explained that I did not want to buy the said product if it needed assembling at home and could they please tell me if this item came assembled or not. I got an email back from Joseph Kings their customer service advisor to say that they would deduct £25 from the cost of the item for the collection as agreed - I had agreed to no such thing. I rang the company again and this same Joseph answered he was rude again. I told him that I did NOT agree to paying £25 for collection and that I would get onto the bank and ask for a chargeback and report the matter to Trading Standards, and I do intend to do this, because they had mislead me and they are a disgrace to online trading. My advice - steer well clear of this dreadful company they have ZERO respect for their customers. I will not be letting this matter rest. I am incensed, I cannot afford to lose £25 and least of all when the error is theirs and NOT mine. This is a con and they are a very bad company. Please do not get caught out like I have, shop elsewhere. They also go under the name Shop24.com - so several different trading names rather suggests that they are dodgy in that if one trading name gets a bad reputation they have others to hide behind. Not good. Steer well clear. Bad company diabolical customer service and poor service, misleading and very dodgy.
