“It took the maximum stated time for the rug to be dispatched which was a bit disappointing to start with - there was no contact between ordering and dispatch either. But more importantly the rug itself is poor quality. I bought the Bravi beige wool rug 2 months ago and it’s a mess already. It is not subjected to any excessive or unusual stress, just the occasional hoover - we even try not to walk on it where possible. We have a 10 month old who crawls on it a little bit but it’s not like she has claws. Yet the thing is fraying everywhere, with loads of little bundles of loose wool that our baby gets covered in when she goes on it. It looks SO scruffy. I would avoid this rug if you’re thinking of getting it. Shame I can’t return it as it’s beyond 30 days - but it took slightly longer than that for me to realise how scruffy it was beginning to look.”

“I was looking for a small, good-quality woollen rug for my living room. I googled for it and came across all the usual flimsy, mass-produced rugs, with annoyed reviewers pointing out that their new rug shed all its pile when vacuumed. Then, however, I saw the Marana Sunset rug from the Rugs Warehouse and I was bowled over. I ordered it and it has graced my living room ever since. The rug is gorgeous, thick and solid, no shedding whatsoever, and we love it. Delivery was speedy, the rug was well-wrapped and we are very happy with the order and with the service from the Rug Warehouse. If we ever need another rug we know where to look first. Thank you :-)”
