“Great business. People that wanted to help us rather than just shift stock. We appreciated their attitude and found their ideas and comments helpful. Should also say we did not buy one of their more expensive ranges, in fact by their standards our spend was pretty modest but they were still interested in us and wanted to help. Guess our only issue buying a rug from images. We live close enough to them to visit the warehouse - exactly what we did for this purchase. Regardless of the vendor I would not buy a rug based solely on internet images - just a personal preference to see colours for real and to handle the product.”
