“The shop is great, I’m verry happy with the products and the small gift which I received with my order :) The only thing which was probably my own fault is that I forgot about such a thing as import fees for items shipped from UK to EU. These fees were crazy high! Maybe a disclaimer on the site would help.”

Looking at our records your order was dispatched from our UK office on 08/08 by Royal Mail international priority airmail. We would have expected this order to be with you by now but using the tracking information we can see this one got held up in customs for a couple of weeks.
