“I have dealt with The Purple Property Shop for a number of years, both as a seller and a landlord, and have always found them to be extremely thorough and helpful. They sold my previous house and also my mum's after she died. Over the last ten years they have managed a rental property of mine and have never failed me. Sally and Aimee have been especially helpful in recent times dealing with problems with a tenant. They have been supportive, knowledgeable and have kept me informed at every stage. I trust Sally to always give me the best advice. I would not hesitate to recommend them!”

“The best estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a seller, they advocated on my behalf and communicated regularly to update me. The sale had its twist and turns, but Megan at Purple Properties, did a sterling job getting the sale through. She worked with all parties in a professional manner and was both informative, effective and efficient. From the photographs, advertising and management of the sale they were outstanding. Thank you Megan and the team. Would I recommend them- absolutely. Debbie”

“Awful, Do not mention that they require to call you on the day of a viewing to confirm your attendance, they will not notify you of this prior to you booking, nothing in the email confirmation either. If they do, and you can not make it to the phone (because, like the vast majority of the British population, you have a 9 - 5), they will simply cancel your booking. My girlfriend had asked me to go and view a property she had booked but would have been for both of us, she had told the agent I would be coming in her place due to her work. She's a theatre nurse (in operating theatres, clean, sterile and focused environments) so does not have her phone handy during the day, something she made very clear to them and explained. They then proceeded to cancel the booking because she was too busy saving lives in a hospital operating room, to pick up the phone to confirm to them she was attending - which she already told them I was doing so in her place and that she could not reach the phone during working hours. If a business can not get the simple things right, you should be wary of how they handle real issues. Unprofessional, do not recommend”

“Made an initial contact with Purple Property Shop just before Christmas 2020. The initial advice from the firm to market the property even before it was properly cleared (following a bereavement) was sound, because an offer was made and accepted within ten days of it going on sale. It was only after that that we got round to clearing the place! The asking price was what we were anticipating and gave us enough leeway to negotiate. I particularly liked the personal involvement of the boss right at the start. They felt like a very genuine company from the outside, with good local knowledge. Throughout the sale process, staff were courteous and friendly, particularly Kane, who responded to queries promptly. I felt that the company's pricing point was good, and the offer of a discount to pay up front suited our circumstances perfectly. The firm of solicitors used by PPS was a good one, because they were very good and dealt with the sale in an efficient and prompt manner, the only hold-ups coming from the buyer's side. All in all a very good experience.”

“I could not ask for a better service. As I paid upfront it worked out the cheapest but you’d never know it. They also valued high and achieved the price I wanted when others had valued my property lower than I ended up getting. Great communication at all times , Sally is friendly, warm and extremely efficient and no nonsense. 10/10”
