“From the moment we decided to view our house, Purple Property Shop made it an easy and effortless experience. All the members of staff,we had contact with, were very helpful and friendly. Any quiries we had were dealt with really quickly and efficiently. We have found a lovely home and could not recommend Purple Property Shop highly enough. They have made the transition from one home to another seamless. Thank You all so much. You come with our highest recommendation.”

“We were impressed by the professionalism of James. When we rang to book an appointment to sign the contract on the , he did tell us of there was an Autumn offer of 10% discount on fees, due to expire on 31st October if we could sign before this date. He was also very obliging in coming at 8 15am on the morning of 31st October so we could benefit from the discount. The photos are excellent and again the photographer was extremely professional in her approach. We requested a couple of amendents to the write up which were promptly made. The only hiccup so far was that Arthur did not turn up for the first appointment, but did for the second. To date, we are pleased with your handling of the sale.”

“All contact with staff at the shop has been dealt with most professionally. Arranged appointments at the proposed rented property have been attended punctually and your services and costs have been explained in detail. All staff we've met have been polite and courteous and the regular E-mail updates re. house visits for prospective tenants have demonstrated your pro-activity in leasing the house. We were more than happy with the adverts that went out on Zoopla etc and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of them. The "To Let" sign you suggested on one visit to the house , went up the following day, and it now looks like there is a realistic prospect of tenants signing contracts within the next few days, all this within just over one week of making initial contact with your office. Fingers crossed it all works out.”

“The company have been extremely professional from the outset. All staff are very knowledgeable and have been more than happy to assist me throughout the sale of my property. I feel they give clear instructions and have a very realistic approach. I have felt completely comfortable accepting their advice and guidance, something that is very important when someone is selling a property.”

“From the outset staff stayed in contact about vendors progress. They also helped by being in touch with vendor's solicitor in order to keep closure date as close to an agreed. Closure went well and staff phoned me to say keys were ready to collect instead of me having to chase. An excellent service?”

“The team at The Purple Property Shop have been amazing, I was hesitant to rent my property out at first as I have never done it before but they talked me through the process and arranged everything for me so I had it all in place before my tenant moved in. They found someone suitable almost immediately and have kept me updated throughout with any maintenance issues which have been dealt with in good time. I will definitely use them again if I add to my portfolio and would recommend them to anyone who is or wants to be a landlord without all the stress of managing a property yourself. Thank you to the whole team!! X”
