“I always love ordering from the Pi Hut. The only reason I have ever placed an order from anywhere else is due to available stock. Is this due to the computer components shortage I hear about so much? I would love to be able to order a Raspberry Pi Zero W or a 3/4/6/whatever channel relay "hat" board any time I log into the website. I've had a very good experience otherwise. I would love to see some kind of XBee (like for a S3B 900HP type of radio) Hat for the Pi's available in your store!”

“Order arrived in reasonable time. Two things I didn't understand: 1. the case opening for the micro SD port was not properly aligned, I had to enlarge it; 2. I had to change a configuration option in raspbian to even open VLC, I don't get why include an OS not configured to run the software packaged in it.”

“It was nice overall. I had some problems with the order (there were missing items) but the customer support service was very quick responding and sending them to me, no questions asked. So, with competitive prices and an excellent customer support service, I think I had a great experience with you.”

“I am restoring a retro home computer from the 1980's and needed a 9V PSU that can supply more than 1.5A and this product was perfect for my needs, it arrived in good time and was a bargain for the price and does exactly what I want it to do.”

“I bought a Pi Zero, NOIR camera and SD card and everything arrived as expected and worked. The only minor issue was how the parcel was packed - the boxes inside the parcel weren't secured so were free to bounce around. It didn't cause any issues with my order but I'm sure it could do with others.”

“Fast service, everything packaged well. Had some issues with one of the products I bought. Somewhat annoyingly I was directed to Adafruit support forums... Should have been offered an exchange at least. Turned out it was just a solder-bridge, but when I send a video to PiHut demonstrating your product not working as expected, it should be PiHut's responsibility to address that!”

“Product are good quality and un damaged. Shipping longer than expected but there is a pandemic on, and apparently a ship lodged in a Canal, stopping some deliveries. So all things considered 🤔 not so bad at that.”

“The stackable pi case is brilliant. Unfortunately the holes for the "pillars" are cut a little bit too small, so one of the screws broke when I was trying to wiggle the plastic separation layer off.”

“Good service, fast shipping. Unfortunately the Brexit really hurt me on my purchase this time. I've ordered with the PiHut a few times in the past years but this was the first time after the Brexit. Perhaps this was indicated during checkout and I glossed over it or I didn't think about it, but I got slammed with a €50 surcharge for duties, VAT and handling when the postman delivered the parcel. For a ca. €100 purchase, this was quite painful. Unfortunately because of this I will not purchase from your shop again in the future. I really hope the UK gets some benefits out of the Brexit as well, because I imagine you losing customers on the continent over this is not in your best interest. “All the items ordered were delivered in good time in good condition. The power supply was listed out of stock. Immediately the order was processed the item became available before I actually received my items. Therefore this will incur additional postage when ordered. I am not pleased.”
