“Bought two "Official Raspberry Pi 3 Universal Power Supply (5.1V 2.5A)". Pity that this adapter has only a micro SD plug, and no microSD-to-USBC adapter, so won't work with a pi-3/4. Does not merit "Official" status then. Likewise, bought two SD cards "With NOOBS" in order to avoid download over slow link, only to find that 6GB download was required - the first download failed at nearly 3GB and had to be restarted. These two products are badly described, but the delivery service of PI-Hut is great... irreproachable...”

“I ordered a Pi400 and it arrived within a few days, attempted to set it up and found i appeared to be mistyping as I kept adding odd letters! After trying for a couple of days i contacted the online help, Billie by name, asked me to try various things, most of which i had tried myself having 4 other PI's, it was determined there was a fault with the keyboard an i received a link to print off a return label. Sent off and received replacement in 4 days, very good service for any company. The new one is working perfectly and is currently streaming youtube videos, and unlike earlier models it connected straight to my ancient printer! Happy days.”

“The speed of delivery was excellent, however we were sent an American style two pin plug. We live in Scotland. Luckily I had a mobile phone charger that was used instead.”

“Products were nicely packed. Quickly sent! And perfect quality. I misjudged Customs declaration, so in the end it was more expensive than anticipated. For Dutchies therefor I don’t recommend, unless this is the last resort.”

“Unfortunaly I had to pay 23% of tax for the book at the customs istead of 6%, since on the order discription it was not stated that "Get Started with MicroPython." is a book. Everything else was almost perfect. I hate Brexit.”

“The service provided with The PiHut was exceptional, fast delivery, and the product itself is in good condition. However , please be warned, that if you use the Raspberry Pi4 B for desktop use (primarily watching videos via web browser in high resolutions) You will definitely need additional cooling. The model 4B get's exceptionally hot, when hardware decoding. For that reason, I have given 4 stars. I do hope the manufacturers will make an effort to state that cooling is definitely going to be needed for this reason alone.”

“Can't complain with PiHut but I dropped a star because, for 100 euro worth of items, DHL charged me 60 import fee's, if you went with Fastway or someone else the fees would only have been 25 apparently.”

“I'm near Vancouver BC Canada. Expected delivery time was ~20 days. My order from ThePiHut took about 24 days to arrive (25-Feb to 22-Mar-2021), tracked from the UK thru Frankfurt then Montreal via DHL, then Canada Post. The latter collected Canadian sales taxes plus a CAD$10 service fee. Ouch. Next time I will first look for a distributor closer to home. But ThePiHut offers an excellent selection, better than Amazon.ca. Aside from the slow arrival, the merchandise is great. Colored HDMI cables are a great idea. I'm playing with a new pi 400 and a pi0w.”

“I placed an order for some parts and confirmed it. A few minutes later, I remembered that I needed another part and ordered that as well, disappointed in myself that I had forgotten to include it in the first order and that I had to pay two sets of delivery charges. A few days later, one package arrived with all the parts I ordered, meaning that I paid twice for the same delivery. Also, the Raspberry Pi 4 Case (With Cooling Fan) (v3.0) could do with a version 3.5. The side panel through which the HDMI and power ports are accessed prevents proper connection of a mini HDMI cable when it is attached, giving a flaky connection and therefore I have had to leave it off the case.”
