“The products are all good and received timely but need to give some feedback on packaging the day I received the parcel it was raining and the box was a simple cardboard board which can easily get wet and the product might get damaged luckily I was keeping track of the parcel but still the delivery person drops the package on the door and the box got slightly wet but nothing damaging to the products please try to use plastic bags instead of cardboard to make it at least water resistant.”

“As always, shopping experience with the Pi Hut is great. Only two small complaints: (1) When items are back in stock, the notifications are slow, about a minimum day late. Because i review the Pi Hut website regularly, i see something that i requested notification for, before the notification arrives. (2) The Delivery (Tracked Royal Mail). I'm sorry they are not very good. Even with 24 hours advance notifcation to divert the delivery or change of date. They don't follow the changes requested, even though they confirm the changes the day before delivery. But the biggest issue i have is they leave the parcel outside the front door, take a picture and regard that as delivered! Given that no one is at home, i have a confirmed change of delivery instructions, it is only a matter of time, before my delvery will be stolen and i suppose then i will get to experience the Pi Hut's Customer services. The Pi Hut is always my first port of call, though.”

“I wanted a version 1.3 specifiically but received a v1.1 I'll find a use for it but I did order a v1.3 from elsewhere and got the v1.3 If you are reading this and need a specific version then check first!”

“Product was delivered as promised in 10 working days (ordered from EU, economy carrier). I must say that paying £6 more just to have tracking seems a little excessive, but I'm nitpicking.”

“My order was processed and delivered very quickly. All items were present as per my order and using the PiHut pre-imaged SD card my Pi4 was up and running in no time. Only problem I had was the short connection cable for the screen, didn’t fit with the recommended case so just used jumper connections instead. Will buy from PiHut again.”

“Easy to use the store, I wish it provided more information on certain products, as there are some datasheets missing, or explanations about how to use certain modules (e.g. a change in PCB layout but the images weren't updated). Otherwise, items come as expected delivered for a reasonable price.”

“Circuit board and case have been made to a high standard. Instructions for building the SD card could be made clearer. Now need to get into using this machine, been 45 years since Nascom 2. Looks like MOS is back level (V 1.04 RC1) because REN and TYPE don't work, read somewhere need higher version. BBC BASIC (Z80) is V3.00, *VERSION says BBC BASIC (Agon) V1.05. Downloaded V 1.06 and 24 bit version. Unsure how to upgrade MOS. Documentation is online but scattered over multiple sites and not always consistant. Readme files need software version number and manuals need the latest links. Spend 41 years in IT, proper documentation is vital. Hardware 5* but documentation 3*.”

“I was having issues with my Raspberry Pi 3 (Model B) as the USB Plug that I was using had too low of a voltage, and was causing issues with my Pi, and slowing it down. The Pi Hut came to the rescue, and helped me out with a plug that I was unable to find anywhere else, that’s perfect for my Pi! No more ‘low voltage’ warnings. Thanks Pi Hut for delivering this the very next day, with tracked shipping, at a very cheap price! Will definitely be coming back again, soon…!”
