“We had a problem with rats in the loft, apparently a drain problem with a dry line in next doors drain (semi detached) Darron came out and re assured us with his friendly expert knowledge and over the course of a couple of visits not only found the problem but solved it as well.... An excellent service all round, thanks Darron!”

“I was impressed with this company. I was worried about seeing mice in the house, and mouse droppings near the children’s toys. I bought some mouse traps that did nothing. I called The Pest Control Co and was told that Derek could come around within a couple of hours. He had a good look around, and we discussed options that were likely to be effective and safe as there are children in the house. He worked quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed. I have not seen a mouse since he came came around. Thank you Derek.”

“Had a potential rat issue under the decking that was driving the dogs mad. We called PestControl and Derek arrived to sort the issue. Very professional and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to pests - I learnt a bit about rats in particular! Would definitely recommend.”

“Second field mice invasion this year, first in January and now in November. First company were ok but the response from The Pest Control Co was infinitely better in all kinds of ways. Helpful people on the phones who arranged a visit the same day. Kevin, the technician who came was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable and much more thorough than the previous one. He explained exactly what he was doing, what he was looking for and asked good questions which led to him inspecting the roof space even though the invasion was in the kitchen. He also uncovered a probable entry point which was not picked up or blocked before. Price was reasonable.”

“We had a wasp nest. I have a life threatening allergy to stings. So I phoned The pest control Co. Derek was at our house within 2 hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was reasonable and because we are oap's, we had 10% discount (this also applies to NHS workers). I would recommend this service to anyone.”

“Heard a rodent under my floorboards in the evening. Phoned The Pest Control Company at 9.05 am by 10 am-ish the technician was at my door, he was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. He lifted floorboards and could not find any hard evidence of any rodents. Put bait down and then replaced floorboards carpets and it was like he had never been. Now I await the return visit to check on everything but I feel confident that they will resolve the issue for me. If you need any kind of pest control they are definitely your guys”

“I recently had an issue with rats and contacted Pest Control Co who came out very quickly. The consultant they sent was Derek who has been very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable throughout the process. I am extremely pleased with the whole service and am very grateful to Derek and cannot recommend Derek or this Company enough.”

“I was very impressed with The Pest Control Co. as a whole; they came out on the same day that I called them, which was after needing to wait a week for the local council appointment (not ideal when you've seen a rodent in your kitchen!), as well as coming out on the same day a week later when I had need to call them again. Derek was brilliant, he was knowlegeable and very helpful, and gave me some good advice. I am, obviously, hoping not to have to use the company again, but if I did need pest control, they will be the first company that I call!”

“We called for a bedbug big problem at one of our bedroom, the company designated Darren to come and help us. He has being amazing and beyond! A truly hero! He did an amazing job, caring about our stuff and leaving the place in perfect conditions! Hopefully we won’t need them again but I cannot recommend them specially Darren enough! Serious people, fairly quotes and had done the job amazingly great!”

“Phone answered immediately; helpful and informative. Kevin arrived within 4 hours, explained what he would do, did the job, was also friendly and informative. The following morning there was not a single wasp from any of the 3 nests dealt with. I am happy to say that I cannot think of any way that the service could be improved - brilliant all round!”

“Top notch! We had been seeing increasing flying insect activity in a very difficult place to access (corner of the roof, just above the guttering) and yesterday I decided I better do something about it. At 13.40, I called TPCC and spoke to a very helpful and professional young lady, who said she would get somebody to me within the next two to three hours. Mick, a great guy, competent and professional, arrived at 15.15, confirmed that we had a wasp problem and had it sorted by 16.00 - a few wasps buzzing around for the first hour or so but nothing since then. Could not ask for better and all for a surprisingly reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use TPCC in future.”

“Called this company following an infestation of mince in a commercial environment. Service was fast and extremely efficient, huge thanks to Darron our pest control officer, his knowledge and expertise was outstanding. From my point of view the worrying thing was, we had a contract with another pest control company for many years, they did not do a fraction of the work to prevent infestation that Darron did in just one visit. This is the company to use if you want the problem dealt with properly and professionally.”

“Hi, We have hat a rat problem going for a while. Try different approach / companies and there was little progress made. Then we contacted PestCo - Darron came first thing next morning and after 4 weeks the problems is solved. He was really passionate about rat and knows his staff insight out! Have figured out the problem (all drainage pipe that was not blocked), put poison / traps down, sorted out the drainage and problem solved! Amazing and highly recommend! Thanks”

“I was unhappy with my first visit from pest control.. however after my review, Johnathan (im sure that was his name apologies if not) rang me and was really helpful and friendly and sent another member of the control team out to help. He was much more helpful and looked into the issue. He came back two weeks later to check. Both visits free of charge to solve the problem. So thank you to Johnathan and the man that came to solve the issue.”

“I phoned the office today at 3.45 this afternoon with a wasp infestation. The lady I spoke to said someone would be out tomorrow morning before 1.00 pm 4.45 I then got a phone call asking if I was home as there was a Technician in my area. A lovely man called Kevin called to say he was on his way. He was absolutely Fabulous. Talked through all what he had to do & got the Job done very quickly. The office Staff were also very efficient. will definately Recommend them.”

“Very pleased with Steve that came out to sort out an uninvited squirrel which had entered above our vaulted ceiling. Access was very difficult but Steve gave the builder clear instructions to the access he needed to trap it. I was traumatised by the situation as damage to the electrics was happening. Steve was calm and explained everything he was going to do and said it would be caught quickly. This put mind at rest. The next day the squirrel was caught and Steve came back early the following morning to remove it. Top class service from The Pest Control Co. and Steve.the price was similar to the other two companies I phoned, I had same day expert service. Very happy customer.”

“It has been about 6 months since I used this company's service and I nearly decided not to review, but I think I would be doing a disservice to anyone in a vulnerable position. I made a blunder - I agreed to use the first company I called (this company, The Pest Control Co) without doing further research, that's on me, I panicked and choose poorly. The company calls the people the send out 'experts' but I would refrain from calling them that. When the worker arrived, I asked him to treat two rooms, he checked the bedroom and limply agreed to treat it. He then checked the living room and specifically the couch, per my request. He assured me that the couch is clear and there was no need to treat it. After treating the bedroom and charging me an ungodly amount + VAT, he left. Being a worrier I didn't want to sleep in the treated bedroom so I decided to sleep on the couch that night - after all, it was deemed clear. Safe to say that before this ordeal I was no bedbug expert, however, I couldn't shake the feeling that it wasn't over: I slept poorly, scratched all night and dreamt of bedbugs. To calm myself, I decided to inspect the couch again. The following part is nightmare fuel; what I discovered was that every seam of the couch was full of bedbug eggs and nymphs, all the throws, cushions and crevices were crawling with adult bedbugs, the inside of the couch was riddled with bedbugs. Furthermore, I found them crawling in my office chair, but suppose that's besides the point - I didn't ask the worker to check other rooms, or is making sure the infestation is contained a job for the worker who is allegedly an 'expert'? Who can tell. After my couch discovery I called the company (The Pest Control Co) and told them everything, the worker came next day to treat the living room and the couch. He then charged me another ungodly amount + VAT and left. At the time, I didn't know much about bedbugs and what the correct course of actions should be, I do now. When The Pest Control Co worker treated my bedroom and living room I was not told a shred of information on what I should be doing to aid infestation clearance, apart from "don't vacuum or mop floor for 28 days" (unsure why 28 days, their egg lifecycle is shorter). I was not told that I should be sleeping in my bed for the first couple of weeks to lure them out (so they get in contact with poison), I was not told of any existing traps I could use to prevent being bitten, I was not told of correct temperature in which to wash my linen and clothing (he said 40, but that is false, 40 may kill adult bedbugs but eggs need higher temperature). After this unfortunate experience I found a different pest control company who have done an incredible job, incomparable with The Pest Control Co. It has taken a long 6 months of treatments, clear outs, washing, steaming, ironing and crying to resolve this problem, and The Pest Control Co has only contributed in ungodly expenses, additional stress and prolonged mental health issues (surprisingly, having bedbugs is not good for your mental health, yes). I would very strongly suggest avoiding this company for pest control services, they are not coming to solve an infestation problem, they are coming to treat a room, charge a lot of money and leave (negligence aside of course, I turned out to be the better expert in this case).”

If possible, would you be able to give us a call Viktorja? Six months of treatment to one property, is almost unheard of when treating bedbugs. As far as we were aware, due to having no further correspondence with yourself, the bedbug problem had been resolved following our technician carrying out the treatment, six months ago.
